Food was pretty good and fast. But the lady at taking orders on the 5th of March at around 3pm wasn't very kind. Just her look showed she didn't want to be there. No greeting just mean mugging people. Also she turns around and speaks about customers in Spanish to the other employees. Probably didn't know I speak Spanish. A la otra no hables de alguien porque te pueden entender. Si no fuera porque tenía ganas de una hamburguesa de sonic, me hubiera hido.

I ordered a simple BLT but with no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes. I also come to the mall very often, every time i have come by to get a drink they never have sweet tea. They have a bad attitude and seem to not want to fix any issues. I also want to add that it wasn’t busy at ALL.

My home Sonic in Wichita special orders Pickle Slushes just for me. After a long day of traveling, I asked if they happened to have pickle slushes and was told they were discontinued. True...but my Sonic somehow makes them for me. Welp, Remi (I think was his name) took initiative and went WAY above and beyond to make my pickle slush dreams come true! What a treat! He totally made my day! If he isn't the manager, he needs to be. He sets a positive tone for the whole store and does such a great job! Thanks, Remi!!

I’ve been going to this location for at least 25 years or more and every time that I order the honey barbecue chicken nuggets they used to have a Lotta sauce on them but lately they don’t have any sauce on them, so how can I be honey barbecue if you don’t put in any sauce on this is ridiculous

Very bad experience, i hope could have less than 1 rating available. Trained counter folks need to be deployed than what you have on this mall being a crowded place, no politeness or customer centric service, very BAD.. avoid this restaurant at least here in Grapevine mills mall, TX.

God bless these people that are working here, it’s not their fault. They are just understaffed and too busy. They were running out of ice, they are pouring sweet tea out of a job on the counter which doesn’t have a lid on it, and it looks like this ice cream machine hasn’t been cleaned all day. I recognize that it’s not the fault of the employees, but they’re just at the point where they need to shut down to one line even if the line is long until they can get on top of their work
