I stopped here yesterday before heading back to the hospital. I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Although I still think their coffee is way overpriced, the service here was top notch.
I went here with my immediate staff for an unscheduled morning break and brief presentation. The staff were very friendly and professional and the interior clean, bright and modern. I do not go to Starbucks a lot (perhaps once per year) and enjoyed the experience.
Love the people here, love the manager here, place is always clean. I always get what I want made right. If these people with the bad review we're treated rotten it's probably because they deserved it.
I've worked with the public over 30 years and I guarantee you that it's the rude ones or unhappy people that complain all the time. They're not happy when they arrive so there's no way they're going to be happy when they leave.
