Whoever trained the women who were working Saturday November 29th 2025 at 12:30 pm, did a horrible job. They didn't understand what buttons to push for 'light' anything and claimed she couldn't do it on her end. Okay fair, maybe the machine is broken? Then proceeds to say she'll let them know. When we got to the window, the drink was completely wrong. She proceeded to play dumb, then they dumped out half my drink to add more ice and almond milk. So I paid for three shots in a Americano and got maybe 1.5 shots that I paid for.

To be clear, I go to this Starbucks over any other in the area FOR THE SERVICE. This. Was abismal. Do better. These drinks are not cheap and your training is.

Coffee here is always made perfect. However majority of the time service is rotten. I understand they are used to business crowd. But just because i come in my pajamas (in my car) doesnt mean you have to look at me like im homeless person having a mental episode. I dont come in the store stinking and scratching my behind. But every time they look at me crazy, funny and shameful. This has been consistent. Happened at least 7 times. I'm not even a regular customer this is my occasional treat on my day off. And I'm tired of it

They have something special happening here. They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them.

I stopped by here for few hours. Once I placed my order, I was greeted and spiked conversation with store manager, Steph. She started as a barista at nearby location. Now, she worked her way up to the manager position. Congratulations‼️🥳

It was a rare sight to see that a store manager was cleaning and organizing the store, early in the morning. I’ve visited over 100 locations, worldwide, so far, and I’ve rarely seen a manager get down dirty to help other baristas to be the best team they can be.

Under Steph leadership they have something special I have not seen at other locations. This store stays very busy in the mornings. They are working hard to resolve the morning rush and it’s visible.

They have two baristas walking the floor, greeting each customer and checking up on them. They also have iPads in their hands, keeping track of each customer’s order that is in queue. As they walk around, they are keeping customers in the loop on their orders and when it will be ready. Hats off to this wonderful and hardworking team.

The atmosphere isn’t bad. The seating is somewhat limited. When you walk in from the Patio entrance, to the left you will find few seating options, including two lounge chairs, as well as, large leather bench with three tables and three chairs.

To the right, one additional lounge chair. As you keep walking towards the Order Counter, they offer large, Conference-Sized table with ten chairs. Additionally, available large tall round table with four tall chairs.

Otherwise, open space for customers waiting on To-Go orders. For customer service, I recommend stopping by and experience it for yourself. I’m looking forward returning soon.

I go inside to order, never been to this location. I asked for an iced coffee and the lady in front was so rude. Gave me the wrong thing and instead of asking hey can I fix it for you. she then points at the wall where the creamer and sugar is at. No manners what’s so ever no thank you, I say thank you to her no reply. She had this miserable look on her face. Experience would have been better if she weren’t there.

Julio I hope I’m spelling the name right was so amazing such good vibes every time I come and he’s working great costumer service voice and personality he writes something sweet on my drink every time I come and today it said “you matter” soo sweet this made my day✨🌸I appreciate the great vibes and awesome service from him every time I come I drive an extra 25 minutes out of my way just for him

I would like to commend the young man named James who took my order. He was amazingly kind and sincere. It was refreshing to be treated so well.
