The guy that took care of me was great at the drive through, but when they were done, there was no one behind me, so I was taking a second to write my next address, and this older woman knocked rudely on the drive through window and rudely urged me to move forward. Looked back there was no one behind me waiting, I will say that’s not how you treat clients at all, my window was open so she could have easily politely asked me to move on.

Worst service ever in all Starbucks stores

Just went there this evening with a couple of international guests. The drink quality was good as one could expect from a Starbucks shop. But the service was sub-par. The barista made our drinks, left them on the counter corner, and did not bother to call our names. After almost 15 minutes my guests asked him where our drinks were. He just answered they were at the corner as always. Leaving drinks on the counter corner is a Starbucks culture but letting the customers know is also a gesture of courtesy and good service.

Well came in today for the bogo special and walked in. No one greeted me. So okay. Gave it benefit of the doubt. They are probably just busy. Went to the register. Whoever "FILLIP" is. White guy with a long black beard. I stood there and he just gazed away. No eye contact No welcome. So I stood there and then some woman felt the privilege to jump before me and place her order while Fillip guy confirmed her privilege and took her order. Crazy thing is that he didn't say a word and just took her order and handed her receipt. So I just left.So yeah if you got people that don't want to be at work then send them home. I won't come to this location for a while. This experience is 0 stars.

I’m the operating partner for PF Changs just on the other side of this location. I’ve been coming in here 2-3 times a week since I moved here in February and have never experienced such amazing customer service! This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been in. This team is amazing but what makes it so great is a few of them greet me by name and already know my regular order. They are the sweetest team around and the exact reason I keep coming back so much.

This Starbucks is always slow in service, even if there is no line at Drive through its slow. Staffing appears to be sufficient. Employees are friendly enough, quality is good. Cleanliness is good. Outside not so nice, the plants around the outdoor sitting area are dead, looks pretty bad.

Got my usual drink here, a coffee frap, and it was so amazingly good! I've literally not had a Starbucks drink taste this good ever! I live in California and now I'm sad I can't go to this location all the time. I had already lost hope for Starbucks because I've always gotten the same drink since Starbucks became a thing so I know they used to make my drink consistently good. But now in California it's always bad in a different way each time. Now I know it's a California problem because at this Dallas location the drinks are the best I've ever tasted! ?

When ordering anything they do exactly the opposite of what you ordered, the staff is horrible ....I ordered ice French vanilla shaken espresso with light ice she literally gave me half of the cup filled and she said I will charge you more if you want extra milk . The worst

Out of all the Starbucks that I have been to around the globe, this one is the worst. Drive thru is slow. Inside is slow. Order is made incorrectly most times. I keep trying and hoping it will get better since it's the most convenient to my house, but every time I'm disappointed.
