Ordering lady interrupted me several times for NOTHING pressing. She would just ignore me to speak to a coworker in the middle of ordering. Argued with me about how my normal order isn't what it's supposed to be. She needs to be fired.

Watched then remake 4 or 5 drinks because they were made incorrectly...

Watched 3 employees stand around, when only 1 worked during a rush.

The slowest Starbucks on the planet. It’s not a good TEAM working this shift. They all look sad and are moving slow and not talking to each other. The dining room is a mess. Whose job is it to clean it up occasionally?

My flat white was made correctly. Thank you for that at least!

By the way, don’t tell a guest, “Next!” and then after they step up and start to order, interrupt them with the command, “Wait a minute” and make you stand there and watch them put stickers on cups. Then just stare at you when it’s okay to order. WTH This person should work in the back or clean the dining room and not interact with guests without better training.

Fortunately they weren’t able to screw up the drip coffee. Some of the employees were very nice however two of the workers made our experience one star for service. I confronted them and said they were the most rude customer service worker I have come across. Also whoever manages this Starbucks is doing a terrible job, they were out of so much stuff.

This is the worst Starbucks. I ordered a pecan crunch oat milk latte. I watched the barista take the oat milk box out of the fridge and realize that it was almost empty and then put it back in the fridge. Then she proceeded to make my drink with almond milk. This is dangerous! Especially for people with a nut allergy. They can kill people with their sloppy practices. I was hoping they had gotten better since the last time we visited this Starbucks 2 years ago, but I think they’ve gotten worse!

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Noone knows what they are doing. There are always five or six people working but nooone working and orders are messed up constantly plus you gotta wait forever to get your poorly made drink. I was there over Thanksgiving and it was the worst experience every single day. They ran out of paper to cook the egg bites on. Everyone behind the counter looks like a deer in headlights. Can't believe this is the best this store is Inside of great wolf lodge. Completely unacceptable.

Staff was not friendly whatsoever.
The lady who made our drinks was rude.
My drink wasn’t even filled up all the way, and for a $7 coffee it should be!
I had to ask her for a sleeve since she didn’t put one on my cup and she acted like it was such a burden.
