Coffee taste is never consistent. My coffee is also never full. You don’t get what you pay for at this location. With Dutch bros being right next to y’all, I would put some more effort into the quality and taste of your drink drinks.

They were so rude, I came in for my birthday reward and when he scans it he said because it was not on my actual birthday he will not give it to me, when I tried explaining I didn’t have time he was very detached and did not care, when I did pay for my drink he never said anything else. While I was waiting he came up from behind me and gave me a massive side eye. I will not go back.

I ordered a large drink and once my order was ready it was a small, I told her oh I'm sorry it's supposed to be a large so she remade it. Come to find out it got rung up the wrong size by accident. If I would've known that I would've taken the first one I thought I was charged a large but I wasn't so I just wanted to say thank you so much she didn't have to do that 10 ⭐s for sure 🫶🏼

They changed their ice and it is ruining the product. The ice is so small it waters down the drink. I live down the road from his location, and I literally go out of my way every single day to the one on the other side of town because they have normal ice. Change the ice or I’m gonna call every day until it’s changed.

My drink was not full, it’s like they are in a hurry and mind yourself I had no carts behind, that they add foam to a drink with no foam. It’s expensive to get ripped off my not getting coffee. I removed the foam in the second picture to see where the coffee starts. This is a ripoff

Baristas were very welcoming to everyone coming in. I was never greeted when i walked through the door & never acknowledged for the name on my pick up order. Two other customers arrived after me. What do you know? "Hi, whats the name on you order?" ...... from a service standpoint, far from what I expected. PLEASE DO BETTER!

I visited this afternoon (Friday 10/11 @ 6 PM), and the lady with an afro was loudly laughing and giggling for over an hou and a half. She seemed to be chatting with someone who wasn’t in Starbucks gear, possibly a patron or someone off the clock, while the other employee (petite, blonde, brown-eyed girl) did all the work—taking my order and making drinks. She was so loud it gave me a headache, and I could hear her even over my noise-canceling headphones. It felt really inconsiderate for a coffee shop.

I just left with about half a cup of coffee having ordered a cappuccino. There should be about 1/3 foam, but half a cup of foam is not acceptable. I want to point out that the experience going through the drive through was exceptional and the person who gave me my drink was extremely kind and a great host, despite me having gone thru the drive-thru. I have ordered this drink for years and this is the first time it was not to my expectations. I hope a member of management reads my comment and offers to make things right. Unfortunately, I did not open my drink until I reached my office a few minutes later. The taste of the drink was on point. I am just upset that it was so little coffee, even for a cappuccino. I'm sure my experience is a one-off and I'll be happy to update my review after hearing back from management. The moral of the experience: Check your coffee before you leave the drive-thru.

I always order from this store since I live across the street. I’ve order the new drink Summer skies drink since is out. Recently I been arder it without the pearls with no problem at all via drive thru,in store and Mobil.On 05/16 I order on the drive thru summer ski drink with no pearls and the barista Alexis told me she can’t do it.I nicely told her that I been order that way without trouble and her response was “ that’s the way they train her and she cannot make it that way” i even show her that on the app it can be order without the pearls and she totally ignored me.I’m not sure how Starbucks train they employee’s but they need to training every single one the same way so it can avoid situations like this.
