Everyone just stares at you while you wait management needs to talk with staff to ensure they help the customers the whole point of business is to make money but if customers stand there not being helped then it’s time to get some more experienced people to help out

They were closed when I arrived during hours they advertised as open. Arrived Saturday around 8:30pm. Sign reads open until 9pm. Came here specifically because they are open late.

My usual spot for morning work, its where everyone knows your name, three to four shifts, perfect for chill, group meeting and one on one convos.

The employees are always so kind to me when I order! I’ve had no issues and my drinks always come out perfectly- sometimes they will even recommend items for me to try that have failed to disappoint. Even on busier days, I appreciate how hard they work to get orders out as quickly as possible, yet still making them perfectly! Great job to all those who work there

Not serving dark roast, a person actually takes the time of day to come to one of these places only to find out that they don't serve the coffee that pretty much every Starbucks serves .... ??
