Starbucks Pilot Store - introduces and tests new products before they are available to the market. This was one of the first locations that acquired “Clover Coffee Machine.” Now you can find them in more locations.
“Clover Coffee Machine,” freshly grind and pour your coffee in less than a minute. If you listen very carefully, it makes fun sounds before it pours your coffee. Friendly reminder, while you stay at any Starbucks, your hot or cold coffee and tea are on the house.
Since they remodeled this location, in 2024, it’s much more roomy and cozy. When you first come in, to the right, you’ll find large, conference-size table with nine chairs. Above the table is a large, beautiful art piece of, “Green Coffee Branches.” The space where this table is located used to be a closed-off private room you could reserve, now available for everyone.
To the left of the main entrance, you will find more great seating options. Against the windows, there’s a large, leather bench with five tables with five additional chairs. More seating is available with seven comfortable green chairs around tables.
This location does get fairly busy and it can be difficult to stay here and get work done since the Wi-Fi can be spotty. Parking can be difficult depending on when you come here. They offer roughly 25 parking spaces with few handicap spaces.
I’ve been here before it was remodeled and improvements are significantly better. I think the staff do a great job, efficient and are friendly. I’ve had my drink brought to my table if I’m sitting down for a while or they offer large Pick-Up counter.
Patio offers twelve tables with twenty-eight chairs.
Overall, come enjoy this Newly-Renovated space and stay awhile. Located near Grapevine Mills Mall, off Stars and Stripes and 2499 Service Road.

Wish I could provide a review, but it is 7:03pm on the Saturday of Memorial weekend and the establishment is closed. The Starbucks in Anna is open till 8:30 without a mall or an international airport close by. No logic on that. Maybe another time.

Not sure how this was missed but, the sando I got was basically JUST BREAD, pesto looked nasty, tomatoes look disgusting and what, 2 leaves of spinach? Crazy this took the longest to receive

The staff at this Starbucks location are simply wonderful. I mobile order and go through the drive-thru at least a few times a week and am always greeted with a warm smile and genuine friendliness. Adding to that, they’re very fast and also leave sweet messages on the to-go cups. These things may seem small, but they make a real difference in my day. 😊

Friendliest staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go to this location almost daily and every single staff member phenomenal. They always have my order correct and go above and beyond to ensure customers have a great experience (and never a long wait even though the store is always busy). Today, I had the cutest little dog drawn on my cup. 10/10

Went here to get my normal frappe. And my 4 year old son’s cake pop. We went to go to the bathroom, someone was in one bathroom for awhile, so I jiggled to door to the other to see if someone was in there, and employee came out and rudely stated she was cleaning that one and i said I’m sorry my son is about to pee himself, do I need a key for the other one. She said no, I’m cleaning this one and shut the door, so we had to continue to wait and hope he doesn’t pee himself. Very very rude.

The store has a nice crew with a welcoming personality. I could tell that many of the customers were regulars and it added to the overall experience. The staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed hearing them chat and laugh with the patrons and their team. This is a good Starbucks.

Ordered an Ice Matcha Latte with strawberry purree and they literally handed me an unmixed drink. When I asked her about it she said that it was blended.. does this look blended to you all?

Great selection on tumblers and other merchandise. I was able to find items that were sold out on my local area. Bathrooms were clean. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. I ordered inside, but the drive thru was really moving quickly as well. Food items were stocked, and everything on the menu was available. Kudos to the management and team at this location. Job well done! I will be adding this stopping point on my route.
