I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employee listed as “O5” on my receipt was extremely rude during checkout. When the tip screen came up, I chose not to leave a tip because of how I was already being spoken to. She then told me to “enter the total amount,” which caused my card to be charged twice. When I pointed it out, she snatched the receipt, accused me of lying, and tried to show the wrong part of the receipt. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Thankfully, another staff member from the back stepped in, was very kind, and immediately voided the extra charge. She was great — but the first employee’s attitude was unacceptable, especially for such a busy location. Experiences like this make customers not want to return.

Walked into subway this morning at 7:58 unaware of what time it opened. There was people sitting inside so I assumed it was open. The lady at the register stated they were closed when I asked if they were open. I walked out of subway and she turned on brighter lights so i walked back in and said I thought you were close and she stated we are open now. I can’t help but to feel like she didn’t want to give me any service. I’m very disappointed in my service at this location. This is a hangout spot for employees friends the doors are open early for friends to come in and sit sending mix messages to customers who are actually trying to get a meal to eat.
I order online and drive over to pick up. My order is always ready when I get there and I am greeted by name when I pick up. There are days when I choose to dine in after pickup and the staff is always very friendly with customers and they know many of them by name.

Ordered online, my order was cancelled and refunded for no reason, it was my lunch money for the day, I get sick if I don't eat, I'm not able to go anywhere else cuz now my lunch money I had is tied up because subway decided to cancel my order for no reason. Screw subway.
“Unprofessional female worker Oct 30th that evening—rude, dishonest giving info to 911 operator, and unhelpful to customers. Made customer teen autistic child and her 3 year old child cry, scream, scared and one almost had seizure due to it. After just leaving a fun Trunk oand Treat with High Schools, Fire Trucks, Police cars and more at the event and lots of candy while in costumes. This Subway took away these Angels joy and brought so much sadness. The worker there alone failed to give customer and female officers her first name. We were told mom and daughter works there, which should not be allowed, and they show favors with their guests no charge or extras at no charge to little charge for meals. They have not friendly customer service skills. They do not need to do customer service or be in our community with that negative behavior. Grapevine's Mayor, media, City Hall, BBB, and others needs to know about this mot the first time problems at this location recently. Need to review, investigation, and follow up. Review your in and external cameras Subway Mgmt. The service this location is giving, the Grapevine community does not deserve it. When young people are not properly trained and tossed into lead positions with their excuses, egos, and lack of education, it shows that town and the people you do not care. Definitely a mgmt issue. I begged them mom to please let me pay for her family's meal at another food establishment after we prayed, and she finally approved after I made sure the family was OK after police left. My heart 💔😢😞 hurt for the kids. And I will not be silent until it is resolved in a good way for these customers. The mom recent major hear surgery, autistic teen, and a 3 year old just tried to finisha good night's meal with a good meal after fun and focused day after work, after schooland after a city Trunk and Treat event. Mom said, the kids did not get to sleep and was still shaken up upto 2:15am and up for school and school bus at 6:30am. 😠 😡 This is not good!! Waiting on Subway Executive team to reply or contact me/us ASAP. The family attempted to do a simple take out order of 2 for 1 special. Worker not pleasant talking to the customer frowning when asked for assistance with internet or app. The app finally accepted cust money. Worker said not assisting her or giving money back because cust rude and yelled at her. I offered to add app to my phone to assist customer Worker should have been the bigger, calm, professional person to de-escalate issue. Officers instructed cust how to handle civil in court and corporate.

I don't care for the new (er) thing where they cut their own deli meat. Now they also have to weigh it while making my sandwich, which just makes the process that much longer. Stop trying to be Jersey Mike's and go back to sliced meats. And while they're at it, bring back sugar cookies, shredded mozzarella, and spicy mustard.
