Everytime I go to this subway the staff is extremely unwelcoming and RUDE!!!! The first time I went about a week or 2 ago the the employee was unprofessional and rude. I contacted subway online about it and they sent my complaint to the store manager. I received an email later from the store manager telling me with excusable remarks about her employees actions, that she'll talk to her employees about this. Well I decided to return recently to give it another chance. Well AGAIN the employees (this time both) were rude and unwelcoming. Just absolutely terrible. I left and refuse to give my money to a business that will treat their customers this way. By the way I went both times after 5pm. Just absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I rather get a sub from a restaurant that appreciates my business.

Diane and Lindsey are incredible. When I got there, you could tell the lunch rush was in full effect. Probably a line of 10 people, none of which had to wait more than 4 minutes. On top of that, they were accommodating online/door dash orders. I’m impressed. The friendliness of these two ladies was amazing, even while being incredibly busy. I can see why all these people choose to come here for lunch. Also, the store is really clean! Job well done to these two. Give them a raise.

Dianne (the manager) and Lindsey were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were trying to escalate it to a non-business level. We were given a sandwich with onions on it and our allergies were ignored. The manager was completely unprofessional. You can see it in her face. She is rude and doesn't need to be in her position. So heres the issue: ordered 3 sandwiches plus a 1/2 loaf of bread. Workers said they had to charge us for a 6” veggie sandwich… for 6” of plain bread! $5.79 for that piece of bread. Owner: Be better than this!

I come to this location quite often. I can wholeheartedly say that there’s a reason I keep coming back, and that’s because of the employees. I mostly visit in the afternoons/evenings when Ryan is working because she is so consistently on point. I always get greeted with a smile and amazing service. Thank you Ryan and team (I’m sorry I don’t know the other names, but you all are awesome!)
To go orders never have any meat compared to in store order.

The customer service at this location is AWFUL and very rude. I placed an online order for take out, my order was complete but the employee ignored me and just went on about her business. She was very rude. Not like the sandwiches weren't done, they were sitting on counter in a bag. Very disappointing. Will go to a new location.
