Subway falling apart just like America itself. Ask for cup of water, one coworker gets one while the other has to pay for a fountain drink. Ive been waiting for my online order for 30 minutes while my coworkers are eating in front of me because they waited to do my order until everyone else in store got their food.

I’ve had two bad experiences here and I usually don’t let that dictate my decisions but the level of unprofessionalism is crazy. I had a question about a coupon and asked if I could speak with the manager but they would not let me speak to them.mikshva or a name similar to that was not very helpful in that manner.

I order from this Subway very frequently and have typically had a wonderful experience. They are prompt, friendly, and deliver quality food as ordered. We usually order to-go, but today at the last minute we decided to eat our to go order in the restaurant so I asked if I could get a cup for water. They said unsympathetically that they do not provide cups for water. Wow. I don't think I've ever been denied water at a restaurant I've patronized. That's sad. Like I said, they do a lot of things well...refusing customers a cup for water, in my opinion, does not match up with the rest of what they do. I hope they reconsider this decision - in the meantime, if you're headed here to eat, come prepared!

Came here to demolish a turkey sandwich, was the only customer in the store all I had was a wheat turkey toasted and it didn't even get to the toaster until 15 minuets of me standing in there. they really struggle on that day. Very small store also but overall there are better subways around

Their combo deal was advertised to last until Boxing Day but is already cancelled. Well, I'm cancelling my daily walk there. A really dumb marketing move as you can get a large Little Caesar's pizza for $1 less. Consumers want variety

If I could give 0 stars I would. I reached out because they gave me a stale sandwich with none of the vegetables I requested, the phone lines are off and they emailed me the next day saying they couldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t reach out the same day although I did. Then they told me I had to pay for another one and ignored my email. Do not waste your time or money here.

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. The service was quick, and the sandwich artists really knew how to make the perfect sub – fresh ingredients, neatly prepared, and exactly to my liking.

What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and willingness to customize every order with a smile. It’s rare to see such a great combination of speed, quality, and customer care. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this Subway to friends and family!

I’m so tired of coming to this location and having to tell the guy behind the counter how to properly place the meat and cheese on my sandwich. The women that used to work here did great. But it seems now the only people they hire are incompetent with 0 training. The last 5 times i’ve came to this location I have had to stand there for 10 minutes training your own employees i will no longer be going to this location. the other subway on 409 E Northwest Highway actually knows what they are doing and I will only ever be taking my business there from now on. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO FOLD THE MEAT AND HOW TO PLACE THE CHEESE TO WHERE ITS NOT STACKED AND UNEVEN!! it is not rocket science like omg. i don’t even want to mention how mans put a glob of mayo on one side and not the other and i had to ask him to do more oil and vinegar 3 TIMES after i repeatedly said i wanted extra to begin with. like please give these guys proper training because they look dumb not being able to make a damn cold sandwich .

I recently visited this Subway location, and while the sandwiches were decent, the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed to take their time, and the wait to get through the line was much longer than expected, even though there weren’t many customers. It felt like there was no sense of urgency, which made the overall experience frustrating. Hopefully, they can work on speeding up their service for a more efficient experience.

I used to come here almost every day. The owner, Brian is a very nice guy. But the most recent time, Friday 10/4/24 at 3 pm, there was another guy there by himself. My order was screwed up pretty significantly. He put some nasty brown tomatoes on my sandwich, and I asked him to replace them. Not sure why they are even on the line, or why you would serve them to a customer. I asked for mayo, and he repeated it back to me, and then put ranch on it. I pointed it out, and he just looked confused, so I just said it's fine, man, I'll eat it. The place is also pretty gross is terms of cleanliness. Take a look in the container where the drink lids are. Very gross. Take a look in the crack between the glass windows in front of the prep line. Super nasty. Turned out I got pretty sick after this visit, and vomited shortly afterwards. I just can't bring myself to keep coming back, no matter how nice Brian is. Sorry, Brian. I'll try again someday.

Not sure if I should blame staff since he was all alone running the shop on this one BUT I definitely did see him grabbed the correct bottle labeled sweet teriyaki but after I left and bit into the sandwich realized too late that it was barbecue sauce so I really am upset about that because of the price I paid for the sandwich combo 15-17$like holy shit that’s more than most peoples hourly wage. I still remember back in the day I can get a foot-long combo for like $10 or less.
Really gives less motivation to be going to subway again in the future.

So good for the fact they are short staff they do a great job always enjoy my 6 inch with chicken, bacon, lettuce, ranch, and peppercorn ranch any day so good love this place for food :)
