Horrible customer service. The counter person wanted to help make my order dynamic and delicious... BUT, he couldn't do it because the MANAGER SAID NO. The counter person called the manager at my request, and for another store reason. I specifically asked to speak with the manager to request a simple substitution change between chicken vs. Turkey for the meal of the day special. He said NO! Not interested in making it right for the customer. The poor counter person apologized profusely for not being able to accommodate me with unchanging the order. This MANAGER SUCKS FULL TILT! Will never come back to this Subway store again. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

This is by far the best Subway we’ve been to. Michael made our subs and provided an excellent experience from start to finish. His positive attitude and great recommendations really stood out. He even has a “Michael way” of customizing subs that made our sandwiches even better. My wife had the Italian, and I had the meatball sub modified the Michael way, and both were fantastic. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless because he was the one also cleaning , which made the visit even more enjoyable. Michael went above and beyond, and because Of that we’ll definitely be coming back!

This location does not accept coupons or any deals or promotions. Even if you are holding one in your hand the whole time they will not say anything until checkout.
On top of that they just make the meals different than any other location. They wouldn't even toast our wrap when we asked they just said we don't do that. $28 for two sandwiches that the coupon said should be $14 is insane.

i came in and the woman working the counter was already in a bad mood. i order a meal with chips and a drink. before i leave i realize i dont have my chips, and the lady refuses to give me my chips, saying that theyre already in the bag. they are not, and i try to tell her this, but she keeps telling me no. i leave and im just so frusturated. im not trying to steal a two dollar bag of chips. thats rediculous. anyways, i wont be coming back. i was just trying to get my brother some lunch and was treated like a theif for wanting what i paid for. do better.
Subway has stepped their game up... appreciate the good service and food quality!

It's a shame I live around the corner of this Subway from my apartments, receive subway coupon every week just for this location to not accept them or any promotions. I had to actually drive to a different location. Very inconvenient.

This is the CLEANEST subway I have EVER been in!! Probably the cleanest “fast food” restaurant I’ve been in, in decades! Awesome job on the service and everything was FRESH!! Bread was soft, veggies were crisp! Seriously, AWESOME job Ladies!!
