This is the CLEANEST subway I have EVER been in!! Probably the cleanest “fast food” restaurant I’ve been in, in decades! Awesome job on the service and everything was FRESH!! Bread was soft, veggies were crisp! Seriously, AWESOME job Ladies!!

Got a turkey, ham, and cheese sandwich. Just the basics. It included bread, about 1oz of meat, and 1 tiny slice of cheese. Tasted like farts and was 8 bucks for a 6 inch. Disgusting and no value. Do not eat here.

They don’t accept any of the standard deals or promotions. The food is kept being a metal lid so you can’t see what they are making until it’s finished. They prices are more expensive than other subways. My meal turned out to be 20 bucks for a foot long, chips, and a drink. It was NOT worth the price because the food tasted old and they included very little meat.

Vegetables look like they had been sitting in the cooler all day and looked rotten. Highly recommend you do not go to this particular subway unless for some reason they were having a bad day.

Mikey greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome! He spoke some Spanish to my mom and even brought out a water bowl for our dog waiting outside. I didn't feel like I was in a fast food restaurant, it felt more like the service quality of a high end restaurant! He should be promoted or given a raise!!

I just got a turkey salad and paid $11! Didn’t even get crackers with it. I saw a previous post that said this one charges more because of proximity to school so I looked up other locations and they actually do charge more. Will not be returning here.
This place is awful. Prices are outrageous and deceptive.

Walked in ordering a rotisserie chicken bacon ranch with shredded cheese no veggies I looked online to order first seeing the total of $15.14 there was no line so I decided to order inside when getting the the register the lady behind the desk charged me $16.54 when asked about the price difference she said idk i proceeded to say i think you charged me for the ultimate chicken bacon ranch which has double cheese and she said i have no option to change it . Very rude and unprofessional over a dollar ! Disappointing

Be aware that the Subway location at 3105 Ira E. Woods Ave in Grapevine does not accept the coupons that are mailed out by Subway. You don't find that out until you're paying for your basic, mediocre 6" sandwich, chips and small drink for $12... higher than other Subway stores. Either use another location or go to Chick Fil-A for less. I should have read the reviews which are horrible. I don't understand why Subway doesn't investigate this location. It reflects badly on the company.
