High prices! The prices at this location are notably higher compared to other locations around DFW. For example, the $5 online box is priced at $7.29 in Grapevine, whereas it typically costs $5 in most parts of DFW.

This Taco Bell location has seriously declined in quality. The food is subpar, the employees are poorly trained, and customer service is non-existent. On three separate occasions, we ordered items with substitute beans instead of beef, confirmed the request at the pick-up window, yet still received items with meat. This level of carelessness is beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, management is impossible to reach—no one answers the phone to address these issues. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with repeated mistakes and a complete lack of accountability. This location has lost me and my family from ever coming here again, despite being customers for decades.

Closed at 6:15pm instead of the posted 7:00pm on Christmas Eve. Staff was very rude about us inquiring about it as well. Acted as if it was our fault for wanting food during their posted service time. Love the brand, not a fan of this location, I’d try a different location and not come here.

This Taco Bell is a disaster. We ordered in the drive-thru and the person taking our order seemingly had no idea what we were saying. We patiently tried to correct our order a few times before they told us to pull to the window. "Oh," we thought, "they're just having trouble hearing us through the microphone." Nope. When we got to the window, they gave us a total. Annoyed, we decided to just take what they gave us, as the last thing we'd seen on the screen was... okay. We were interested in trying the new chicken nuggets and those seemed to make it into the order so we cut our losses. We then waited for 15-20 minutes for the crew to make our food (the longest I've ever waited at a Taco Bell without a line in front of me). After all that trouble, the nuggets we came for were effectively inedible.

Went Dec. 11 for lunch , did my order and nobody was doing anything to make my food . Just standing around shooting the breeze and I'm like HELLO !!!! I'm paying in cash . They just went on paying no attention to me tho they could see me .
Everytime I go there they either screw up my order or doesn’t give it to me , taco supreme are suppose to have sour cream ,they charged me but didn’t deliver it Ont go there again the time before that I had to go back and get the rest of my order

Ordered on the app for pickup. They didn’t include the cup for the drink and only 5 of the nachos actually had any sauce on them… very disappointing. It wasn’t even busy at the time, employees were just goofing around in the back. Do better.
