They made my freezes wrong and proceeded to lie and say the swirl in the dragonfruit freeze was discontinued. Even after telling the cashier Vicmairy C that the drinks tasted funny, she just told me it comes in a bag and refused to remake them or refund it.

I ended up driving to a different Taco Bell to get the drinks made the right way, and they were able to confirm that she lied. The swirl was not discontinued, and the drinks were made like they should be at the new location.

It takes a real rotten person to lie instead of correcting a mistake, especially when you have an understanding customer. I would have had no problem waiting for them to remake the drinks.

Terrible experience ordering here. Placed a mobile order for pickup (two tacos and a drink) and it said it would be done in 10 minutes. The restaurant and drive thru was not busy and had maybe 4 other people there. Waited for 15, asked for an update on my order. The guy asked for my name, and went in the back. 15 minutes later and my order was not out yet. I asked for another update and received a shrug. Unacceptable to wait 30 minutes for this while others were served. I left without receiving my food.

I saw the store manager stand up for his employee today when a customer was being belligerent. It doesnt matter what the employee did, even if they were in the wrong, they dont deserve to be yelled at. I am glad the manager did the right thing and stood up for his employee.

Up date after trying again. Ripped off. Will not becoming back. Its alright for food but they randomly shut down and lock the inside. Which makes it hard for people on lunch. You can't fit anything bigger than a compact car in their drive through. Wastes so much time.

I wish I had a good thing to say about this franchise. If you order to go you can guarantee your order will be given away to anyone who walks in because they’ll ask if their name is *insert name in order* instead of asking their name and confirming it like you’d expect. I lost a large order through this place and couldn’t be more disappointed. Will be going to the local taco places instead. We tried to reconcile with the manager and he insisted that it was our fault even after showing him our confirmation number and looking at tapes to proof it wasn’t us. Highly encourage going to Taco Casa instead if you have a choice.

This Taco Bell is terrible. DO NOT order from here. If you’re in grapevine any other Mexican/ taco place will be a better bet. If you go through the drive through or in person you might be lucky enough to have the right order, but the manager is trying to run an establishment like Google that has top quality employees. This place will give your order away to anyone with a pulse, I wish that was an exaggeration.

Jason Moore needs to get fired for the insanely horrendous customer service. Someone mistakenly picked up our $100 food order for a birthday party and he REFUSED to refund us or make us new food even though HE made a mistake confirming the order numbers. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. He told me we could talk to corporate and roll the footage on the tape and I said let’s do it as if we’re going through all of this trouble to LIE about our picking up our order. Multiple conversations, multiple phone calls about THEIR mistake and Jason Moore blames the customer. I’m never a Karen but man, some people deserve it.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget combo, received half a container of fries and only 4.1 nuggets. Also ordered a quesadilla and it was not cut and barely had ingredients. For 17 bucks, this was a robbery. Will NEVER visit this location again.

Love the food. Hate the cold and impersonal ordering process. I'd rather speak to someone than peck at a computer kiosk. My only interaction with an employee was when she said my name as she dropped my order on the counter. No HI, or Bye, or even a Thank You. It made me feel unwelcome and the whole encounter felt irksome.

Tuesday (5/27) at 12:30pm…. I wish I can give this store a (ZERO), my husband and wanted to stop by and grab a little something to eat, we ordered on the kiosk and as we waited, four people ahead of us had gotten their and sat down and ate. So my husband went to the counter and told them that we had been waiting for atleast 30 minutes. One of the workers said what was on the order, we told him and they continued to do others. I saw a black man in a red shirt walk back to kitchen and I asked the cashier if he was a manager, she said yes and I told her that I wanted to talk to him. Instead of him coming to me, she came back saying that she’s a manager!!! Which I knew it was a BIG BALD FACE LIE!!! I didn’t understand why the manager didn’t wan to talk to us.So we told her the name on the order and she said they will get it but AGAIN, they kept on fixing new orders. So therefore we just got a refund…. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER COMING BACK AND IM SPREADING THE WORD TO OTHERS TOO!!
