Awful service. If not staying at the hotel, this restaurant with their less than mediocre food only provides service now to hotel guests. So the only thing it has going for it is convenience, but that convenience is only available to hotel guests. Very disappointing.

Bartenders are awful. If you don’t want to bartend in a Friday night , don’t work a Friday night shift. Have never received such horrible service in my life. Do not recommend

My server, a white woman with dark curly hair, was absolutely awful. Honestly couldn’t tell you a positive thing about my experience. Half the time she was no where to be seen. Took over 10 minutes to be greeted, our drinks were always empty, and She acted like we were an inconvenience anytime I asked her for a refill or told her we were wanting to order. Don’t recommend going there

They can’t cook a medium rare burger to save their lives. Twice in a row I got very well done. Overpriced and sad

We loved the atmosphere! Got seated right away by super friendly staff and then go Jonathan as our server. Honestly, best server we’ve ever had. He was attentive, personable, kind, respectful, and always thinking ahead for our needs. 10/10 would recommend! Also love that they get their meats from a local ranch 👍🏾

If you are staying here for a conference, Grab n Go, food options are limited and expensive for what you get. Sandwhichs are the typical lots of bread and not so much filling, salads dont offer any protein choices separately to add. A lot of the stereo typical choices you see in airports , walgreens and gas stations.
The hours and choices of restaurants (very limited) Not a ton of options off property nearby.

The fried pickles were good but that was about it. Definitely skip this one and go to one of the other restaurants.

The bartender and our server Michael is the absolute best! There was a very large group that came for lunch and he handled everyone with the utmost care and the best customer service despite him and one other bar tender being available at the time. He managed the everything extremely well and he is definitely and asset to the Gaylord. Oh and the burger was DELISH!!!

Was pleasantly greeted and promptly seated, but after 20 minutes, no one even arrived at my table to greet me, or attempt to take my order, despite being very close to the waiter/waitress’s station! Inexcusable. Very disappointed.

Bring hand warmers, blankets , anything to keep warm. They have to have the temp set at 50 degrees.

We were working at the convention center until late but wanted to eat quick and get back to our room- this actually did that so THANK YOU ! My burger was okay and so was the appetizer but it was a very Midwest bland burger and I thought Texas would be bigger on flavor - I think my burger alone was $26…. Five guys burgers have more flavor
