I want to give a very thoughtful review for Garrett, who runs a family business called Texas Shaved Ice. I recently visited the small Texas Shaved Ice located inside a gas station, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful.
Garrett is not only knowledgeable about what he does, but he also genuinely cares about people. While I was there, he went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable for my two year old son he even turned on Ninja Turtles to keep him entertained and brought out the cutest little baby spoon just for him. As a parent, that thoughtfulness meant so much to me.
Garrett shared a little backstory about himself, and I could tell how easy he is to communicate with. He isn’t afraid to talk to strangers and makes everyone feel welcome. He even told me not to worry if my son made a mess, which really showed how understanding and caring he is toward families.
On top of that, his snow cones are delicious! He can make just about anything you ask for, and the quality speaks for itself.
The way Garrett treats people doesn’t go unnoticed. In a world where genuine kindness can sometimes be rare, he is proof that good people are still out there. I highly recommend stopping by Texas Shaved Ice you’ll not only get a tasty treat 🍧 but also an experience with someone who truly cares.

Stopped by today to grab a little treat for my mom who is in the hospital. Not super familiar with the area and was looking for Bahama Bucks, but SO GLAD I found this place instead!! DELICIOUS snowcones and absolutely perfect snowy ice!!! The best part though was the gentleman working there. He was so kind and polite. He even wrote a get well note on the lid of my mom’s snow cone. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back!!

Me and my daughter love this place! Trust me..get the condensed milk topping on the shaved ice. So good! My daughter loves the warhead flavor and is obsessed with the Koolaid pickles. She would come 3 times a day if it was up to her lol the owners are always super nice and they don’t skip out on the product. They genuinely want you to be happy with what you get. This isn’t like any ordinary shaved ice, it’s one of a kind!

They make all they’re own syrups and have all the fun toppings, they also serve a free bag of popcorn while you wait, this place definitely reminded me of my childhood!

I recently had a baby so I wasn’t able to get out of car , I called and they brought snow cone out to the car for me . I love how much grace and love they show to their customers and if I wasn’t shame I’d sit in the corner and talk all day with them !! Also don’t forget your free popcorn <3
