Stopped by Cocoa Bean Express for a quick coffee, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The cashier clearly a teenager acted like taking orders was beneath them. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Just attitude and entitlement.
When you’re in hospitality, especially in a resort setting, customer service matters. Unfortunately, that seems to be completely lost here. The coffee wasn’t memorable either, and with service like this, it’s not worth going back.
Bad customer service plus the drinks are way too sweet snd their employees act they are doing you a favor to get you

I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was one of the best I’ve had in a while. Soooo good!
This place is wonderful. Regardless of the other reviews it was pretty good. The coffee Kaylenh made me and my significant other was delightful. Will be returning the next time I visit Texas.
I was impressed how consistent Starbucks is, even here at Gaylord. My experience was perfect. My latte come out perfect. The server was polite and friendly, possibly more than any other location due to the laid back atmosphere at Gaylord. The cafe was extremely clean. My only negative, if it really is one, was the slightly limited menu due to size restrictions. I wasn’t able to get my Favorite egg bites. The kindness of the server over shadowed any menu short coming. Five Stars!!!
The coffee is good here but for the blended drinks, they only had one size. The size listed was a venti, but I was given a grande cup and charged $7. I asked the barista about it and she said they only had one size cup when they clearly had venti cups.
I ordered a cappuccino and it was made perfectly. The cashier even provided me with information about utensils for another food item I purchased without being asked.

The Cocoa Bean is literally right off the main lobby so it is easy to find for those who need that caffeine fix before a long day of meetings. However, it is only open for a few hours in the morning and there is up to a 45 minute wait as people line up. Several of my fellow conference goers either missed sessions or came in late because of that wait. I only made it in once and had a latte and a roasted pepper burrito. I paid something like $14 which was a lot for me, because I either make my own or get fast food on the way to work. Anyway, the drink was good (I know it's not good for me, but I added the whipped cream to live it up a little) and the burrito was stuffed full and very well done. It was also convenient as it wa slocated between my riverwalk room and the conference areas. I would have stopped again had it been open for afternoon hours.
My Favorite is Chai Tea Latte, hot or cold - and i was able to get both here! A quick stop before our meetings started and a nice stop at the end of the day!

Cranberry muffin which mightve been really good except that it was still partially frozen in the middle. No microwave available for nuking....
Worst coffee I've ever had
The people were really friendly as was everyone at The Gaylord. Coffee was really good! Thanks for a really nice start of our day!
Went here for a quick breakfast, which is what I got. They serve a range of Starbucks products, but for some reason a lot of them (particularly the Frappuccini, which I wanted because it was HOT in Grapevine, TX in September...) come only in the Grande size. The scone I had was surprisingly good. Also, they close ridiculously early.
