Look out for flies on the buffet food, I noticed it when we were about to get food and flies were sitting on the food for who knows how long, I told the waitress and people cooking the food and they just gave me a dead response like they know and don't care 🪰

Very little food choices for a “buffet” specifically for dinner. Service is friendly but slow. Breakfast was ok.

Service was terrible. We watched several groups walk out. I waited 30 mins for a prosecco and when it came, the server didn't open it and there was no glass. She said she'd bring one ... 15 mins later my husband had to go get it. Food was greasy and lukewarm. Never again.

Way overpriced

BEWARE ! they are not actually open during the week but allow you to make reservations and confirm your reservations but when you arrive NO FOOD, plan ahead and bring your own food or plan to eat out somewhere else, don't rely on what they tell you.

Pricy but good food.

The service at the buffet within Great Wolf was exceptional. Both mornings and nights that we were there, a line was always formed outside of the restaurant but it never took long to get our food. The first morning we asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited for a table and the server in charge of that section offered to pour us mimosas while we waited. Our wait time was maybe 10 minutes. The server decided to pull two tables apart and let us sit in his section since he had already served us. The night of my sons birthday they sang to him and he was so surprised but he secretly love it. The food was so good and the staff was very attentive even though it's a buffet.
