Nutrition Fix is perfect for when you want something refreshing, filling, and healthy. I love that each order comes with both shakes and tea, and they strike the perfect balance between nutritious and actually enjoyable to drink.
My favorite is the one that tastes just like Froot Loops. I do not remember the name, but it is shockingly accurate and so satisfying. Such an easy and tasty option when you need something quick but still fueling.

I would not recommend this nutrition shop. We are out of town and I ran out of total control so we went here to get a tea and see if they had some in stock. The guy working said they do not sell them over the counter so when we asked how they sell them he said they crush them up and put in their tea or his boss could order them for you. I am a distributor and was just looking for some in a travel pouch to purchase until we get home like I have done at MANY shops across the states. TOTAL CONTROL is a pill and not made to be crushed and put in a tea. When we explained to him what it actually was he stated oh we don’t order this and Herbalife sent it to us for free. 1st of all they GIVE NOTHING FOR FREE. The only thing I recommend is that whoever owns this establishment either educate your employees on your products or stop crushing up pills and putting them in teas. This is literally the most insane thing I’ve ever heard!!

The staff rarely greet you, and if they’re busy, they don’t even acknowledge you or say they’ll be right with you—they just ignore you.
It’s basic customer service to recognize people walking in.
On top of that, the same drink is priced differently depending on who’s working, which makes no sense.
And the bathroom is always filthy—there’s stuff on the floor and never any toilet paper.
This place really needs to get it together.

This is a disguised Herbalife store, whose products are possibly causing liver damage. The drinks don't taste very good in my opinion, as the shakes taste a little chalky and the teas taste ultra-sugary. None of the nutrition is posted on the menu inside, so the point of it being a health food place is null and void, plus it's very pricy. I don't want to pay this much into a pyramid scheme unless I know I'm getting *truly* healthy stuff. I don't recommend going here.

I think the shakes are super yummy! However it is a little sketchy that they do not have the protein amount, ingredients, and calories posted. To find this information out I had to go to their Instagram and did through the stories.
The service was interesting… When I came in because it felt that I was more of hassle. The servers friends were all there (which isn’t a problem) but her friends were back behind the counter and I didn’t really appreciate the random high school boys holding down my shake from across the bar 😕.

It was my first time in, I was not greeted for a while, even though there were only two other people in there. I told the employee that is was my first time and to explain the menu, she really seemed agitated that I was asking and didn’t really explain a lot. I asked for recommendations and info and she seemed like I was annoying her, at this point o was the ONLY customer. I am disappointed.
