The Original Pancake House

Completely enjoyed the meal! And our server, Lori, was just a delight! Very attentive and never an empty cup!

My first experience at The Original Pancake House was in Grapevine Texas and it was awesome. Our primary server Kimberly was anwesome, attending to our order, answering questions about the menu, and just demonstrating a level of customer friendly professionalism that was extraordinary. And she wasn’t the only employee that checked with us asking about the food quality and providing excellent service. Overall, it was one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.

Ashley was our server, we had 16 in our party. They seated us pretty quick. Ashley was very welcoming, very knowledgeable and great recommending dishes. Overall great experience and food is very delicious.

Mrs Lori was the most sweetest server I’ve had in a while. She is really an asset to her customers n establishment for being here 12 years n making the whip cream herself. Very informative n an overall joy to have her wait on us. definitely will be back to ask for her by name and stop by for delicious food next time we are in Dallas. Thank you Lori . 🩷

It was our first time here and Monica was our server. She was fantastic, quick and very friendly. The entire staff from the host to the manager were so welcoming.

The food and the coffee were excellent and delicious.
