when i asked if they can just remake my smoothie bc they wanted to give me one thats been sitting there for minutes and it was literally sitting there as i entered they kept explaining that it was only sitting there for 5 to 3 minutes but i just simply asked for a remake bc if i order i want my smoothie prepared when i order it thats like common sense n the one of the female employees started giggling in my face n giving attitude when im asking nicely n the other female just says theyll remake it then i seen her dump the smoothie they gave me into a blender WHEN IM ASKING FOR A NEW ONE n 3 customers are there n they start a scene with me over my interaction with the rude employees and the employee who was laughing n giving attitude started yelling to leave her clients alone i simply told her im not even talking to you n she kept being rude n rolling her eyes and making faces how are people who act like that able to have jobs?never came across such disrespectful behavior i just wanted a strawberry banana cus im pregnant and thats all i was craving n i got treated like that n they tried making me feel stupid about it and once they gave me a “new drink” the employee thought it would be cute to give me an attitude once again n told me do u want a new straw too so u can be satisfied its so uncalled for .

The worst ice cream ever!I had really bad diarrhea after eating ice cream here. Think this place uses bad milk! The staffs who work here also provided horrible service and we are traumatized. Can’t believe they purposely made us wait for 45 minute for no reason, and couldn’t even give refund via same method on POS. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I frequently went to this Thirsty’s for the smoothies, tonight the young lady making my strawberry cheesecake smoothie failed to put cream cheese in with the other ingredients, she claimed it was put in by the other employee but I was watching the whole time. If you’re going to lie to my face then why does an establishment deserve my return business or money.

Do not eat the elote from here. It is HORRIBLE & will make you SICK. I had an elote loco yesterday and almost instantly felt it was going to make me sick… & sure enough, I have been extremely sick. Don’t go here. (Nacho cheese had a grayish color too it)

Judging on other reviews I think the menu should detail what the elotes and the loco chips consist of as it seems the employees don’t even know. I got the takis locos, which the chips itself is a $1 up charge. To be handed a bag with just takis and corn is crazy. Seeing there was no nacho cheese, which is literally what’s it’s supposed to have if you go literally anywhere else, I was charged another $2. For watery cheese at that. Wondering how many up charges there would be to receive it like the picture on the menu.

Literally ruined my day after coming here. The elotes are so bad(literally corn and hot Cheeto dust on top… nothing else). I got a cochinada of takis, and they just just gave me talkies with cheese( no jalapeños, cream, or parmesan cheese).the lady who gave us our stuff gave me some nasty attitude and tried to make me feel stupied. Try to charge me an extra 1.25$ to get what I actually wanted.I don’t recommend eating here!
I really liked the hot Cheetos elote.
not too spicy, and a Sandia water the water was refreshing. worth a try.

I would like to express how disappointed I am with the customer service here at this place. I have been coming here Since 2019 and the customer service has not always been that great however this was the last straw.
As a business owner, I run a tight schedule and SO for lunch sometimes I would come here and get a haircut and on the way out I will stop here to grab a smoothie and I will have my card stamped so that way I can clean my 10th free Smoothie.
I go to do so and The young lady at the counter said that she will not accept my cards because I have to have all 10 stamps on one card. That’s not possible if I don’t bring my car with me every day and sometimes they are in my other vehicle. But she said to hold on because she’s going to get a manager, but instead she took another customers order in front of me.
So you mean to tell me that I have to wait for someone else to think about what they want to order and then order And she goes to make their food then she goes to have them to pay while I sit there the whole time until she’s done to go get a manager to speak with me in regards to a small free smoothie?
I have spent way too much money at this place for me to be treated like this and pushed to the side and it seem as if every since change of ownership or management, this place has went downhill. And that is including sanitary. If you notice, they will grab your straw, your cones that you eat ice cream from that you also eat and other things that you would put your mouth on to enjoy but you’re taking a risk of food poisoning but I still the benefit of doubt.
Now, this is just disrespectful and I will make sure this review is posted elsewhere.
