Drove across town, dealt with terrible parking to purchase a Christmas gift, only to have them close 5 minutes early and turn me away. Terrible service. Will be back to speak with management.

Had a great selection of Warhammer. Cool vibes and really cool thematic playing tables in the café area.

The store overall is not bad. I was traveling through Texas for work and saw that they were doing their anniversary and stopped in to participate. I bought some stuff I wanted and some stuff that was cool to try to earn the promotional items. Once the transaction was complete and I asked where the promotional items were I was informed they weren't going to be receiving them for 2 weeks. I wasn't offered any type of alternate path then coming back in 2 weeks and picking it up. I was told they may be able to ship it potentially. There was no warning that the items were not available at the time of purchase, this was a deceptive trick and I would suggest supporting your local game store over coming here for any large purchases

I forget his name but one of the employees was great with helping me figure out my new army and understand the direction I should go with buying. Thank you so much!

I’ve had a great experience here! Over the past few weeks I’ve been slowly getting into the Warhammer universe, and I stopped by the shop out of curiosity. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the hobby the employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to coming back and diving deeper into this awesome world!

Great store to browse around for 40k minis and have a quick bite to eat at the café. The Catachan cinnamon rolls and Necron croissants are must tries.

Very friendly staff who will show you around the place, teach you how to build, paint, and play. And the drinks are pretty good too. Store has several large tables to play and a hobby area as well.

Pretty poor experience. Won’t be returning and I don’t recommend you go out of your way to visit this shop. I flew into town to grab a game and visit the shop and was practically thrown out 30 minutes before the listed closing time for a “deep clean”. Our game would have easily finished before closing time. If hours are posted to close at 6- you close at 6. You shouldn’t kick out paying customers 30 minutes prior. I found the staff that asked us to leave impolite and confrontational.

Had a lot of cool warhammer stuff.

Very friendly and welcoming for new and returning players

Visiting the Cafe on the way back from Arkansas to Arizona was amazing. Being a huge fan of GW, coming here was a must and thinking that it was going to be amazing. Yes the store front was amazing compared to every other Warhammer store I’ve been too. But when walking in the door, was not greeted by the handful of employees standing around. Between the 3-4 employees on the left hand side of the entrance or the one doing a painting lesson with a customer. After walking around like a kid in a candy store, the only employee to say anything was the young lady who was also the barista to find out later. I thanked her and said no at this time. Walked around and then since she was the only one to say anything to myself and my wife, I asked if they had certain items. She said because of the holiday that they were mostly sold out. No worries. But to go to the Warhammer cafe I guess I expected a higher quality of customer service. Even my wife who has come in with me in several Warhammer stores was unimpressed. I was super disappointed. I did end up buying a handful of items and the employee behind the counter that helped me then asked if I wanted all the coins that I was allowed. Of course I did. I spent some good money there and to be asked felt as an insult. Love the store for what it is. The staff except for the you lady who actually greeted us after a while and made coffee for my wife needs to work on their customer service. Coming from a service industry, most of the staff failed to make myself and wife feel invited. If this was my first Warhammer shop, I would of walked away and not spent the money I did there. First impressions still make a huge impression and most of them failed.
