I came here 02/26/25 at 1:34am. I was told they were closed. Then when I mentioned I had an online order they told me to pull up to the window. They then told me they couldn't get me the shake I bought because they were out of shake at the moment.

Fries were lukewarm and soggy. They didn't even put enough fries in the box. The burgers were lukewarm. That is unacceptable, as I only ordered on the app within fifteen minutes prior to getting it. There is no way that they would have cooled down that fast. Fast service is great, but not in sacrificing Whataburger standard quality.

2-9-2025 was definitely food poisoning from bad onion rings. Once you've had food poisoning you remember what it feels like. I was sick all afternoon and all night still not able to eat dont want to look at food! The cup only had 4 onion rings in it i wish I'd taken a picture of the dark dry cold old onion rings they served me. Attached a picture of the closest i could find to what i recieved.
2-8-2025 picked up burger and onion rings. 2 orders both had 4 onion rings in the meal they were cold and looked old. Wasnt hungry yet so saved the burger heated up and ate the onion rings. We both got very sick at our stomach spent the afternoon going to the bathroom many times. Fealt fine until after eating the onion rings. Belive it was a touch of food poisoning. IF YOUR ONION RINGS look old dont eat them. Im going to stop getting food from this Whataburger its not worth it.
3 out of 4 times I've ordered here something is missing. Wrong ingredients on salads or no condiments or they send 2 catsups for 2 orders burgers with fries need a minimum of 4 with 2 orders. Today i ordered 2 burgers with onion rings got 2 catsups and ONLY ONE BURGER!! This really sucks. So now I have to place another order or just not eat. No dressing with the salad. Dont expect much from them.

The night shift 5-10pm staff are the worst ever. This is my third time and they always miss items, when I talked to the counter lady to double everything she told to check myself and left the bag on the table and left me. And guess what, even after checking on the fires (as they always miss) went back home to find out that they missed a whole sandwich. Called them to get a refund on the sandwich only they told me that they only do refund for the whole order and want me to come back to return the food. I only asked to get my money only for the missing item, the manager said that he’s going to hang the phone as there is nothing he can do (call was 1/12/25 at 7:10pm)

I've only been in a few whataburgers, and in terms of atmosphere, this one is the best. Most fast food places don't have an atmosphere at all, but this one had a beautiful mural on its ceiling.
At first, this review was going to be a 3 star review because the staff had been rowdy and obnoxious in the back, and they got our food wrong. They redeemed a star because of the gracious way they handled the "send-back". They seemed genuinely apologetic about the mishap, and the food ended up being superb.
If you are in the area and want a delicious fast food burger, this is a great choice.

Went in today 12-18-24 @8:45 ordered two kids meals and then two number 13 and then two other groups of five came in and they had a bigger order of burgers and chicken strips and they all got their food before us as for the manager for a refund must’ve hurt his ego because he got upset didn’t talk or apologize for the then he gives me my cash back and continues to make food with the same gloves he touched the cash with
