App order for curbside. I waited an additional 10 minutes after time the app said it would be ready and had to park and walk in for pickup. All o order was a shake and a small fry. My fry had been sitting there so long it was cold in the bag, the shake wasn’t made and I had to ask for fresh fries. No apologies. Barely any interaction. The atmosphere of the workers was as if I was inconveniencing THEM. So disappointed. My last time to choose this location.

Person who took our order was very nice, friendly and helpful. Cook forgot to put cheese on my Junior Whataburger. So they put a piece of cold cheese on the burger when I let them know. Every table and booth was dirty. We had to clean a place with wet napkins in order to sit down and eat. My husband’s meal was cold too. We got a chocolate chip cookie which was good. Oh and it was $17 which seemed like a lot to me.

Whataburger is a southern US fast food chain founded in 1950. It’s hands down the best fast food burger in Texas! These are not pre-made burgers, so you can build your burger the way you like. The picture shows a Whataburger Jr. The regular hamburger is much larger than pictured. Every trip I take home to Dallas I always make sure I get my Whataburger. Each franchise can vary depending on location. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Great menu. Highly recommend you add a Whataburger to your “bucket list”!
Pretty good service, especially for 1am! Clean, good counter service, clean bathrooms though the atmosphere felt like I was at a sporting goods retail store. Don't know how to explain it. First and only WB I've been at, honestly no clue if this is how it's supposed to be

Order three piece chicken strips and got a two piece with a nugget? What a rip off and none of my extras with cost money were put in the order other then my two refreshers. We asked for normal ketchup and got spicy ketchup we have digestive issues cant eat spicy. Super frustrating

I don’t live in the area, but I’ve been to this location a couple of times when visiting my daughter. Every visit has been a disaster. The place is outdated, slow as Christmas, and the service is consistently subpar. Orders are almost always wrong, and it just doesn’t live up to what you expect from a Whataburger.
It’s clear something is off — whether it’s poor management, lack of training, or ownership issues, I’m not sure. But this location needs serious attention. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. Way too many better options around.

Every time I come to this Whataburger the food is always cold. They never get my order right I was just here today. I ordered my order. It was wrong and re-made it and it was still wrong so I will never ever be coming back to the store again And I Recommend no one else does neither. Now I understand why In-N-Out Burger has taken the number one spot because they care about their customers and try to make it right the first time.
