Person who took our order was very nice, friendly and helpful. Cook forgot to put cheese on my Junior Whataburger. So they put a piece of cold cheese on the burger when I let them know. Every table and booth was dirty. We had to clean a place with wet napkins in order to sit down and eat. My husband’s meal was cold too. We got a chocolate chip cookie which was good. Oh and it was $17 which seemed like a lot to me.

Whataburger is a southern US fast food chain founded in 1950. It’s hands down the best fast food burger in Texas! These are not pre-made burgers, so you can build your burger the way you like. The picture shows a Whataburger Jr. The regular hamburger is much larger than pictured. Every trip I take home to Dallas I always make sure I get my Whataburger. Each franchise can vary depending on location. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Great menu. Highly recommend you add a Whataburger to your “bucket list”!

Order three piece chicken strips and got a two piece with a nugget? What a rip off and none of my extras with cost money were put in the order other then my two refreshers. We asked for normal ketchup and got spicy ketchup we have digestive issues cant eat spicy. Super frustrating

I don’t live in the area, but I’ve been to this location a couple of times when visiting my daughter. Every visit has been a disaster. The place is outdated, slow as Christmas, and the service is consistently subpar. Orders are almost always wrong, and it just doesn’t live up to what you expect from a Whataburger.
It’s clear something is off — whether it’s poor management, lack of training, or ownership issues, I’m not sure. But this location needs serious attention. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. Way too many better options around.

Every time I come to this Whataburger the food is always cold. They never get my order right I was just here today. I ordered my order. It was wrong and re-made it and it was still wrong so I will never ever be coming back to the store again And I Recommend no one else does neither. Now I understand why In-N-Out Burger has taken the number one spot because they care about their customers and try to make it right the first time.

Ever been treated so bad I'm shocked because in the past this was my favorite location now I've been treated with disrespect the manager's there is super rude and should be replaced I won't stop here the highest level if I need to to make sure something is done but the situation this is ridiculous I won't stop complaining until this gets better

If i order a diet dr pepper and a normal dr pepper and you dont press the diet tab on the drink, how are we supposed to know which one is which? Thats why they exist, to be used. Some people cant have sugar. Do better its not hard to think about how 2 drinks look the same but are different. Pay these people more so they actually care about what they do. Happens all the time. One time our burgers werent even marked and we had to tear them all apart and check.
