My family and I had such a great experience celebrating my dads retirement here. The staff was so wonderful and the food was delicious!

Could the server care any less? The sandwich came on a broken plate. Massive chips that were sharp enough to cut you, and the server's response was...you're not the first person to tell me that. It's not up to me what plates they use.
The boozy pops are disgusting. Completely inedible.
The salt and pepper shaker is disgusting. It's covered in filth. Clean something.
The avocado toast is tasteless.
This place is the worst place in Grapevine.

When we walked up and sat at the bar, the bartender specifically said, "I will take your order right now." However, after acknowledging us, the bartender went to socialize at a nearby table with a few locals. Oddly enough, the bartender even called out to the other employee, who was also taking orders, just to join in and chat with the friends who had come in. After waiting over 10 minutes, we decided to leave, as we were no longer willing to wait to place our order.
Ended up walking to Jake's and had amazing food and cold beverages.

Let me start by saying I love the food here and Griffin was our server, and he was awesome! I also manage a customer service business, We’ve been to wine fusion a few times and have always enjoyed it. We came during Grapefest and they didn’t have any indoor seating, so we sat outside under a tent, which was fine. The manager Nick, halfway through our meal, started breaking down the tent. I expressed my displeasure, He said and I quote “you don’t have to come back here, we don’t need your business” I will also say, I don’t drink, so I wasn’t unruly or out of line. Nick needs some coaching as a manager, I hope this gets back to the owner, because I would never allow one of my employees to speak to a guest like this. Well he was right, we will never come back, I suggest you teach your managers customer service.
Edit: Looking back at all the other negative reviews, I can tell that management doesn’t take criticism well, they get immediately defensive instead of trying to focus on guest recovery. Also, from a little research it appears that Nick may be the owner which will make this review fall on deaf ears. So if the owner is going to treat the people who pay his bills like this, I would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Not much of a drinker but their food is ON POINT. Truffle Fries and the Chicken Fried Chicken were both insanely good and great portions. Will definitely be back.

- Haven’t been there when it’s super busy yet, but food always comes out fast every time we’ve visited - Servers are great, positive attitudes and very attentive - Food is always sooo delicious. Love the steak especially - Drinks are wonderful - Cute, intimate place for a date night/birthday/anniversary

Update: We came back for brunch today and wow! This place has such great service, drinks, and food. I highly recommend the tomato basil soup, which i forgot to take a pic of.

It’s a Thursday night 9:35pm - one waiter tells the other waiter to tell us kitchen is closed and last call on a drink. As an owner myself of a restaurant- this is totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t run a restaurant with the attitude of a lazy staff like this.

We love Wine Fusion!! They have a huge wine menu, and their food is amazing! I love that they offer seasonal cocktails. The best part is the staff. The ladies who work at WF are incredible!! They are super sweet and fun, and very attentive to anything you might need.
