My wife and I had a date night here. Exceptional service and a warm and inviting atmosphere. The manager James was attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming. The wine selection by Cam paired nicely with our charcuterie board and braised short ribs!!! Great food and fun. We will be back.

They gave great recommendations, checked in at the right times, and just made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. You never felt rushed or ignored, which honestly makes all the difference.

I recently tried the Savory Salmon at Wine Fusion that was recommended by James, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was perfectly pan-seared with a flavorful marinade of soy, honey, and fresh ginger that gave it a great balance of sweet and savory. The zucchini squash was fresh and tender, and the rosemary mashed potatoes were creamy with just the right hint of herb flavor. For $30, the portion size and quality made it well worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering this again!
