Wine Fusion Winery has a really nice ambiance and the customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly and attentive. I ordered the salmon tacos and calamari; while the flavors were decent, both were fried a bit too hard for my taste.
The real standout? The frozen sangria, absolutely amazing! I’d definitely return for the drinks and the overall vibe. A great spot for a casual wine outing in Grapevine.

Do not visit this place. The blonde waitress/manager continued to give us dirty looks and be disrespectful. Her behavior was so bad we had to other staff members coming up to us and apologizing for the way she was treating us. I would give this place a 0 out of 5 stars if I could.do not come here.

They overcharged my husband and I. It was happy hour and ordered a $5 wine. My husband and I had food and somehow our total was $70. When I kindly asked the waiter why the total was this high. He said “ it’s been busy I honestly probably put some stuff on your tab” I’m sorry what? Then he gave me the receipt and said “ you’re weren’t wrong, that’s not your total” gave me a receipt that showed the new price that was lower and correct. But still had $84 charge. He said he wasn’t sure and it “would refund” and it did not. Was scammed almost $30 out it. Will not be returning.

This place is so cute! Happy Hour has such good deals. Food was delicious. Drinks were very well made. Our server, Kalista, was absolutely amazing and super sweet. Loved every minute of it here.

Wow, Wine Fusion was amazing. We ordered the savory salmon and it blew us away. The first bite of the bell pepper mashed potatoes was life changing. The salmon was perfectly marinated and all the flavors balanced so well I licked my plate clean. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy.
Fantastic wine bar! I especially love the five-dollar glass happy hours! They have a very good selection and a really pretty interior. The best part about this place is the service. The bartenders were extremely friendly and we had a great time!

The wine is good. The charcuterie board is kinda lame. None of the cheese is cut on the board and there’s way too many grapes. Hardly any meat. Way too many gnats too. 20 bucks on Amazon can get you a table fly swatter.

This place is overpriced and not impressive. Thought it’s a cute hole in the wall, that’s about it. We have the ahi tuna, chips and queso and crab cakes. The tuna and crab were very fishy, I didn’t have more than the one bite. The crab cakes are about the size of a quarter. The queso… well it was queso. The drinks were pricey. We won’t be back.

I've walked past Wine Fusion many times on Main. My family and I chose this as our place to dine today. The food was fabulous!!! We had a couple appetizers and several entrees for my family of 6. Everything was well- seasoned, generous-sized portions, and quality ingredients! Everyone enjoyed their food. I can't wait to go back again to try other dishes.The service was also top-notch.
