Beautifully decorated, comfortable , cozy, clean, delicious food, drinks and great staff! Wonderful Valentine's evening. This is second visit. Last time we came for Christmas celebration and it was great too! Definitely will do again!

We went to celebrate birthdays and our experience in the Bubble and the dining room was very enjoyable. Food was good and service was ok. Was very crowded the evening we went so expected slower than usable service. Atmosphere was great.

Such a fun unique experience! The fondue was delicious & so filling & the sparkling wine was great as well. It was a very cozy bubble that was just the right temperature inside.

We are gluten free and dairy free. The manager went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank goodness because we were starving! A beautiful experience!

First the good-charming, festive atmosphere-incredibly magical! Cocktails were tasty. Our server Letty was working very hard. She was friendly. It was a true cold snap the night we went but they had heaters inside and it was cozy. Know that the reservation is for 90 minutes and they give you a 10-15 minute heads up. For us this was not an issue, we knew going in and we did not feel rushed at all. The food-not just meh but really not great. The cheese was more a queso consistency and not a true “alpine” flavor. Arrived warm but plate was not turned up so got cool quickly. We just turned up the heat and it warmed back up. The dipper tower-let's just say for 8 people it was a joke. It contained approximately: 5 pieces of broccoli, 1 apple, decent amount of bread and maybe an individual size portion of potato chips, 8-10 baby potatoes, 1 sausage link and 8 pretzel bites. Add a bottle of the house bubbles and gratuity for $256.50. Do not expect a meal. The chocolate was good at an additional $50 but needed more dippers. Perfect group size would probably be better at 4-6 instead of the “seats 7-8 comfortably “. We did order extras-$100 for another dipper tower and cheese serving (hubby really wanted more cheese), 10 meatballs (2 orders) for $32, 1 order of wagyu beef franks (4 cocktail size) for $16, and the truffle fries which was an individual portion size for $9. Gratuity is automatically added. If you just want the atmosphere and a little pre dinner snack-totally doable. Just do not expect it to be a meal for 8 people. Then you have to decide if a glass of bubbles and a little taste are worth the price for you.

Enjoyed the evening over all. There were some items that could of been improved. Food was underwhelming and the service wasn't very friendly. Wondering if that is cause gratuity is already paid upfront!? but overall we had a great time. Glad we tried it but won't be back.

We had such a good time! Our group decided we want to do it every year as tradition instead of exchanging Christmas gifts

I loved this experience! They did a beautiful job of decorating for the holidays and the food was fun. I will be back for sure.

We booked the outdoor bubble experience with fondue and champagne. Great ambience. Food was average at best and waitress was not engaging or friendly. For the price point of this experience, it was very underwhelming. If the reservation were free and the food priced individually, it would have been a good (not great) experience.

We booked this for NYE and the group had a blast! The ambience is so cool and the food was fun/ delicious. Our waitress was attentive so we were able to order additional drinks easily. After our scheduled time we took a drink to the fire pit before heading into Hotel Vin. We want to do it again next year.

We did the holiday Yurt and it was great. The yurt was awesome, very cozy, and the perfect for the holiday season. The courtyard that the yurt and bubbles igloos was beautifully decorated and the made for some beautiful family pictures.

For sure liked the more decor this year, but I feel like portion sizes were far smaller this year compared to last. The apples felt like menu filler

After reading many reviews, totally agree the food was not good. The fondue was terrible. Gritty and just not worth the price. The "dippers" were ok. Not great. Not fresh. But our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive and helpful. If the Vin upped the food maybe it would be worth the price. Overall, we did enjoy ourselves because we were happy to be together and had been wanting to try it out but will not do it again. Price is just too much for the lack.....
