First time at this restaurant. Started with some complementary bread knots. Tried both wings and pizza.
Wings came out hot and with some crisp to the skin. Nothing to really make them stand out though.
Thought the thick crust pizza was very good. Generous amount of toppings. Crust had a little crunch to it and the right amount of chewiness.
I noticed another review mentioned the temperature in the restaurant. I was there at dinner time in the summer and it was a little warm. I was fine but could see it being a little uncomfortable for some people.
I plan to visit again.

Wise guys catered to the colleyville chamber luncheon and they did an outstanding job. Food was set up timely, employees had wonderful attitudes, and service line was efficient.

HOT…and not talking about the food. Hard to enjoy pizza when you are sweating. Also, they just told us we could not sit at an open table that we asked for. There were 4 high top tables open and the host said we were not able to sit there. Skip Grapevine and go to the Roanoke location!!! Called and spoke with the manager at Grapevine and got the impression she really didn’t care. Good bye Wise Guys Grapevine….hello Roanoke and air conditioning that works…

This location needs some love to the facility. It’s very beat up, flies both fruit and the regular ones. Please put a focus on your silverware. I received 3 rolls that either had food, grease, or something stuck to it, and were not fit for use, so I ate with my fingers. Pizza was delicious. Service was very nice and efficient. I can tell your team cares. I prefer to support local businesses, but won’t be back to this location due to the lack of attention to basic cleanliness.
