The meal saved this resort visit experience! Superb service from Mauricio and extraordinary food changed my mood. We had a horrible start today here at check in. From the over crowded Front Lobby ...chaotic check in. It took us 50 min to get a wheelchair. Thank goodness for Jeff from Town Park who went above and beyond to help after the App failed. No close parking, or convenient handicap parking; no discounts for disabled veterans. I was ready to leave. Thanks to Ice, thanks to light show, thanks to this meal experience........this restaurant....is a good place to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary.

I was looking forward to a nice dinner with my family while in town for a baptism. We were seated and before we could open our menus, our server asked if we would order the kids dinners to get them in first. We declined, and then he insisted again after taking our drink orders. This made me uncomfortable, and for the rest of the meal we felt the server was rushing us. The meal was over in 40 minutes! There were errors in our meals and we were not even asked how our meals were to ask for the changes. I also found it concerning that the fire alarm went off and no one left or told us it was not an emergency.

The staff is very friendly and kind and accommodating. Very attentive to our needs, general manager came by our table to make sure everything was going great. Could not have had a better dining experience, would highly recommend.

Great experience. Catered to small toddler. Music was super loud but they turned it down a few times.
The food was great, especially the Mixto Fritto and Chicken Piccata. The waiter, I think his name was Zay barely paid any attention to us, though. He carried on long conversations with the patrons around us and took forever to bring our check, too. Maybe it was because we didn't spend that much money, but I think $60 is worth a little attention. We tipped him well anyway.
First we were set in the corner with a door propped open that blocked our view. Other than that everything started ok but once we got our first round of drinks we never saw our waitress again until I stood up and flagged her down for our check after we had been through eating for about 25 minutes. Other wait staff brought our food but no refills or anything. We actually would have ordered a couple more cocktails.
Amazing 10/10!!!!!

At Zeppole's Italian restaurant the vibe was very nice. It was very secluded from the hotel and quiet. Our servicer Titi was outstanding and checked on us often as well as our waitress. The food was very good but quickly filling so it was a nice lunch the next day.
Well prepared delicious food. There were options for people who are vegan and gluten free.
I'm very picky. This place is top tier. I was beginning to think the Gaylord Texan was lacking on quality food choices at a descent value until we came here.
Restaurantji Recommends
The server Ti Ti was very polite, professional and smiled the during entire meal. The second server Vitelio was amazing also. I highly recommend Zeppole Italian Restaurant.

Went here for my birthday, made the mistake of ordering the salmon instead of the chicken piccata and thought it felt with broccolini. It didn’t, and the waiter Alaric brought it anyways on the house. From someone who works in customer service as well his service was exceptional. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness, it made my day.

Cocktail and wine were very good, service and ambience were excellent - very nice for a relaxing evening with friends. The food was average - flavors were dull, salad was drowned in bland dressing, fig prosciutto pizza was bland. Did not meet my expectations.
Very nice-lovely staff-excellent swordfish-appreciate allowing my friend and I to split the dish. Would have been nice if it was provided halved on 2 plates. Not crazy about the wine - I prefer dry whites from France- all restaurants on site have more reds and heavier whites. But nice ambiance at restaurant-oh and yummy gluten free bread!
William and Alaric were excellent! William served water quickly and quietly without us even noticing! Alaric did an excellent job explaining the menu and specifically explaining different pasta types available. He was friendly and interactive making our experience more fun. We really appreciated the food coming out quickly. It was very good! Especially the Brussels sprouts. The bolognese could've been a little creamier, other wise it was good. Thank you for making my birthday dinner special.
