Just a miss. Saw they had no waiting on OpenTable so went down from the hotel room to be told it would be a one hour and 15min wait. I politely stated that I noticed I could book a time that was within 10mins on this app and she said “Sure, if you want to try that then go ahead.” So I did. Service was slow with us having to request water multiple times. While large amount of food, it didn't make sense to serve so much when this restaurant is in a hotel resort that has fridges that don't get very cold nor has microwaves.
Most of my team and I were running late due to flight issues due to weather. Your team were able to accommodate our reservation back an hour and stayed late even though they could have closed for the evening. We are greatly appreciative of the service they provided staying late. I cannot thank the team enough for such great hospitality and service.
Hotel online posted menu which prompted the reservation turned out to be totally different than actual menu, Ceasar salad watery, rigatoni in entree was mushy. Service staff highly apologetic but not thier fault but food fell far short of expectations.
What a special restaurant! We were staying in the hotel but would definitely go to the trouble of coming there again just for Zeppole! Our server was amazing and our food absolutely incredible. VERY authentic and delicious!
Took super long to get our food and then they forgot one of our tables entree. Waited another 10 minutes to get their food and they didn't even offer to comp dessert or an appetizer.
Food was average for the price, service was great and the atmosphere was good as well, overall it was a sort of forgettable experience. We were meeting a few friends for dinner who were staying at the hotel, so it worked well for that purpose. But I don't have anything more positive or negative to say about this experience.

The restaurant is a beautiful place and very nice. The menu was limited and the food was average and overpriced. The wait staff was very nice but probably had too many tables to oversee.
This place was a complete vibe and so amazing! Our server was literally the best part. Vitelino was so attentive, helped us celebrate our honeymoon and went above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about him and the restaurant.
Christmas day brunch was wonderful! Lots to choose from and the live Christmas music playing made the experience extra special.

Romantic, tasteful & nice drink menu to pair. The best dining experience at the Gaylord in my opinion.
Great Staff and Service! Was our second time there in the last year visiting from out of town! Will definately go there again!
Great service - friendly. Atmosphere is fun, being in a fake outdoors. Food was good, though we missed a favorite entree that was removed. Chocolate dessert was amazing!
I loved this place. It was my first time at the Gaylord and really enjoyed our experience. There was a staff support I think her name was Elga. She was fantastic and is the reason I would return.
Our second time in 2 weeks and Zion took great care of us BOTH times! The management team was also great by helping coordinate a large group dinner for a later date.
