Just a miss. Saw they had no waiting on OpenTable so went down from the hotel room to be told it would be a one hour and 15min wait. I politely stated that I noticed I could book a time that was within 10mins on this app and she said “Sure, if you want to try that then go ahead.” So I did. Most of my team and I were running late due to flight issues due to weather. Your team were able to accommodate our reservation back an hour and stayed late even though they could have closed for the evening. We are greatly appreciative of the service they provided staying late. I cannot thank the team enough for such great hospitality and service.
