The meal saved this resort visit experience! Superb service from Mauricio and extraordinary food changed my mood. We had a horrible start today here at check in. The staff is very friendly and kind and accommodating. Very attentive to our needs, general manager came by our table to make sure everything was going great. Could not have had a better dining experience, would highly recommend.
The food was great, especially the Mixto Fritto and Chicken Piccata. The waiter, I think his name was Zay barely paid any attention to us, though. He carried on long conversations with the patrons around us and took forever to bring our check, too. Maybe it was because we didn't spend that much money, but I think $60 is worth a little attention. We tipped him well anyway.
