I’ve been going to this place for a really really long time never have I ever gotten a pretzel that was completely dark and then when I tell the employee that these are burnt, they tell me these are how they come, and they shrugged her shoulders being completely rude. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company, and I will never ever come back. The interaction was completely horrible even the sausages were Black. I asked for a refund after the lady told me these are how they come never ever going back! I show the difference in the photos of normal ones in the burnt ones I received!

Closes really early.... Don't try getting there 30min before closing or your selection will be almost zero because they start to clean up.Pretzels good, but don't recommend their pretzel bites.

This is the most Horrible pretzel from Auntie Annie's location i got for my kids pretzel bites and it was hard, burned, and difficult to chew. It does not compare to firewheel location peruvians ladies always making fresh pretzel!

awful customer service. the two people working were on their phones and barely interacted with me. they had no pretzels made so I had to wait for them to make my order and they even got it wrong.

I went in and bought on pretzel with pepperoni and cheese and one plain one. Normally they are really good. These were so hard you couldn't even bite through them. They were horrible!
