Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. Two customers behind us drove off because they were tired of waiting. We would have left ourselves but they didn't come back to the windows after they collected our money.

Lazy employees and Manager! I showed up at 10:15am for Breakfast and was told they didn't want to turn on the egg maker to make breakfast for only 30 min. So they refused to make breakfast.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches and added cheese. Didn't get the cheese that I paid extra for, not worried for the cost of the cheese. It took twenty minutes to make two chicken sandwiches. So the three people working really didn't care about anything going on.

I mean it’s fast food but the breakfast sandwich is great and the service was also really good. The restaurant is clean and in a good area.
Kid-friendliness: There is an indoor playground for the kids with an area for the parents to sit.
Got food poisoning from this nasty food . Idk how they stay open. We love burger king but this one is horrendous.

Place order to go thru drive thru got home order wasn't right food was like it was a reject order meat was like reheated .cashier didn't give receipt to returned CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!! MONEY WASTED !!!!
Two weekends in a row I've come to burgerking and went inside to order and eat my meal inside and both times they back it to go after I've told them for here I ordered the bourbon bbq whopper there was no sign of bbq sauce on it and when I asked for sauce he just looked at me and walked away never got any sauce for my burger in to the trash it went there floors are dirty haven't been swept flies are everywhere like one comment said they need to get rid of everyone and hire people who care.

Ordered a burger with cheese and no onions, received a burger with onions and no cheese????? I was the only person in the drive thru so idk where the mixup happened or if someone was drunk on the job but wtf. First time having BK in probably 7 years, won’t be back. Annoyed bc they make you pay extra for a slice of cheese….. didn’t even get it.
