Got in line at 10:20 with 3 cars ahead of me, didn’t get to take my order until 10:32 and they said they don’t have any breakfast left. Kind of crazy to have to be in a small 3 car line for 10+ minutes already, just to not get breakfast because they took forever and missed the mark by 2 minutes.

I love the food and special seasonal offerings they have, BUT... the layout of the parking lot and drive thru at this location are horrible! Seriously, why didn't they buy the entire building that was vacant after Game Stop (RIP 😑) left to expand the restaurant or drive thru for the vast number of loving patrons who continue to endure the arduous wait for their awesome food!

This Chick-fil-A location is a wonderful, clean, and a friendly place to visit. My spouse and I always enjoy dining here because of the friendly atmosphere, clean seating, and great tasting food. We use their app to order our food before we arrive and sit at one of their clearly marked numbered tables. They've always given us wonderful customer service when they bring out our order. At times, they stop by our table and ask if we would like drink refills or to take our trash away. We appreciate how good their customer service is towards us. We practically order the same food meals when we go to this location and our food always taste great and has the Chick-fil-A quality we come to expect. Unlike some other Chick-fil-A locations I've visited in the DFW and Collin County areas, this location doesn't seem to have a roaming host that, at times, can be annoying when they don't know how to stop talking and leave you in peace. I've not run into this problem here at this location and hope they don't install one.
