I had the big mouth burger pure meat. You can have a small stake with the price that I paid for this double burger, but it was delicious. Didn't take a picture I was hungry 😋

Only one server so waited a little to order. The food was ok. I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger, and my daughter got the sampler appetizers. Got kids kraft macaroni and cheese at almost 7 dollars was ridiculous and some terrible mandarin squishy oranges out of a can for my granddaughter The kids' food was the worst. The burger was good. I'm not going to order off the kids' menu again.

I went with my husband and my son, the server lady was amazing and so helpful. But our food came incomplete, also my steak came overcooked and I had to wait more than 20min to get my new steak. We choose the 3 x $10 and they charge me one of the plate as separate. The manager acts like he was going to refunded me the extra plate but they never did refunded me. Was a food 4 3 people 3 x $10 and I paid almost $100. My suggestion please revised your ticket before make your payment because they will not refund you as they say.

First time at this chili's and getting chips and salsa to go. I had to ask if this is the normal size and only 1 salsa, and unfortunately, the answer is yes. The to go waitress was very nice and helped me further with my answer and reason why i gave the extra stars for her response but you would think that the chips and salsa would be a better size if you're wanting to enjoy at home. Just some room for thought.

The food is always good but the service is hit or miss. We were going to eat there today but ended up leaving because no one was at the hostess desk. Several people were already waiting to be seated despite many empty tables. We gave up after a few minutes when the hostess didn’t show up.

We used to be regulars. The food is always good and so is the service and the people who work here are so kind. were here a few months ago, and in the middle of our food, we saw a cockroach run across the floor. Mind you, we were sat by the door so it could’ve just came in from outside, but we either saw it twice or saw two of them. We let our server know and we haven’t been back.
Went in last night. Food was great, restaurant and restrooms were clean. However, service was far from great. We were seated in the bar area and I assume it was the bartender who came to get our drink and food order. She brought us our drinks and she didn't come back to our table again until it was time to pay. She glanced at our table a couple times but never physically came back over. We needed refills and other items but she failed to check on us. I assume it was the bar area waitress who came by once and asked if I wanted another beer. The girl who brought our food out didn't say anything but the name of the food, sat it down and walked off. The manager then came by and got my son a refill, didn't ask if I needed one, didn't offer to bus the table of our dirty dishes or ask if we even needed anything else. Very poor customer service from multiple staff.
Waiting 15 minutes no one waited on us after giving us menus. Very disappointed and this was about 4

We were in Chili's Friday night. The food was awful. I couldn't eat it. It cost $65.00 for 3 of us. The food was too spicy it burned my mouth. The toast came with the check.
