I ordered the Cajun Pasta Platter for delivery from Chili’s, which is advertised to feed 4 people and come with garlic bread. What I received was barely enough for two people, and there was no bread included. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and after a long pause the girl on the phone admitted it was supposed to come with bread. When I explained that mine didn’t, she paused again and told me they could “make some” but I’d have to come pick it up myself. That completely defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.
I spent nearly $55 expecting a full meal for my family, and instead got half of what I paid for and terrible customer service. Definitely not worth it—bad experience overall.

So, last night (8/10/25) me and my man went to Chilis and it was amazing. Our server was Gage and he came straight to the table as soon as we sat down and came back like clockwork before we ran out of anything. The GM came and to talk to us and we had a great conversation with him. I believe his name either Chris or Josh. I really can’t remember. The inside service was truly amazing and we will be going back with our children.

Store closes 11:30 Walked in 10:02 Was sat immediately Left at 10:13 after three servers making eye contact and two who were working the section didn’t even do a table touch Was willing to wait a few more minutes until one of the servers working the section sat another family and immediately took their drink orders.

Stopped in to place a to-go order for chips and salsa. Chili’s used to let you get several salsas at no additional charge but now they charge for any and all “extras.”
Since we usually go through at least 4 containers of salsa to one bag of chips, we ordered and paid for each additional salsa. Extremely disappointed to get home and notice before even removing the lid that the salsas looked empty. I wonder if employees are instructed to only fill half way or if it was an accident. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location.. I keep trying them again and it gets worse each time. Do not recommend but if you’re willing to risk it, just make sure you check your order so you actually get what you paid for. Definitely not worth the $15.00 we spent and do not appreciate the deceit. You get more salsas from this review than you will eating here.
