Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came here for the high protein cup as advertised both in the Chipotle app and in NFL games ads. They even have a sign above the counter showing a picture of it. Still, they said they didn't have it and had never heard of it. So I had to order something I didn't want and pay a lot more for it.

The bigger blonde white lady manager was extremely rude for the entire time I was trying to order my food and then proceeded to overcharge me by an excessive amount and wouldn’t refund me until my husband went back up and forced her to give me the money back. Several of my family members and friends have also had issues with the same lady so apparently some sort of action needs to be taken to correct her disgusting behavior.

Service was excellent it's always staffed properly, you get your food pretty quickly, not a lot of dining room and very uncomfortable seating.

Staff are very friendly and do their best to get orders correct even in high traffic times. Food was good and the bathroom and lobby clean.

I made a mobile order for two carne asada bowls one came out good the other one wasn’t made correctly and when I went back in to get it remade the manager made it with an attitude and didn’t apologize for not making it properly. 45 dollars worth of food and not a single ounce of respect towards the customer.

The last several times I have ordered online I have received an order made completely wrong. Missing ingredients, ingredients I didn’t order, etc. I love Chipotle but I’m getting really tired of them consistently making my order wrong recently.

20 minute wait for white rice at 1245pm? Get it together Chipotle. Another day, no rice....1130 am. What?

This time there was no white rice for at least 15 minutes the brown rice was hard
