Almost no meat at all on the burrito, total ripped off

Worst chipotle ever! My order was almost a hour late. Guac took 30 minutes to make and they didn’t wanna give me anything in replacement of guac. They said if wanted a refund I could call a number smh. Don’t come here they’re slow, they definitely need more Latinos so this place can function like it should. Yes I said it 💁🏻‍♀️

Ordered pick up 45 minutes in advance to pick up after my 12 hour shift and waiting almost 45 minutes for white rice. And the staff was very unprofessional and overbearing.

It’s been a while since Ive been to this location and I was so excited to go back. When I got there, there was no steak and rice and nothing was being prepped to fill line. The cashier not very friendly either. The manager (who was on grill) needs to prioritize things better in this store. She was wiping clean tables when she should've been making rice. Manager was a white lady. Additionally, the food was so UNSEASONED. I was not satisfied with my order. I don’t know what’s going on at this store but they’ve just been going downhill in the past few months.

this chipotle is the worst chipotle i have ordered from, first of all, first time i had ordered my boyfriend barely had anything in his bowl and we hard random large chunks of Barbacoa on one side of the bowl, second time ive ordered, all my portions are on separate sides of the bowl having me to cause a complete mess trying to get my bowl having every ingredient i want throughout the entire bowl, it seems like they have rushed and slapped everything on the bowl instead of atleast being considerate. please fix your staff or hire new ones because clearly they dont feel like working.

Skimping on the portions again.

Is corporate or anyone that knows how to reach corporate reading these reviews? I need to get in touch with them. It is VERY unprofessional to get onto someone when they are no more than 5 minutes late. Especially when we have had snow and ice and in some areas STILL on the road.

Ordered Brisket and paid extra....not worth the charge. The Brisket is very dry. Obviously it wasn't made recently. Gross!

placed an online order, walked in and 3 employees were standing by the butcher block and hadn’t even started my order, then two more employees came out from the back … so 5 total and my order hadn’t been started. then one of the female employees walked into the kitchen area behind her other coworker making my order and took her LONG hair out of her braid to stand there and play with it to put it into a bun, her hair was down to her waist. then when getting my order they almost forgot my drink and had to ask me if i’d like napkins and utensils whenever i had already put on my online order that i’d like napkins and utensils in the bag. i get they were slow but come on guys atleast pay attention and be checking

Ordered online. Paid for meal AND chips. Food was over 15 minutes late to my pick up time. They didn’t have chips ready, but refused to give a refund. They had a large bag of chips, but wouldn’t give it to me since there was a price difference. Yet they couldn’t refund me for not having chips to put in my order. Also did this to another person as well.

This location is straight up asssss! Always out of something. Steak , chicken, rice etc. don’t nobody eat chipotle like that for yall to be out! Foh ! Food is good tho! When they have all the mf ingredients!

Unfortunately this location still hasn’t discovered the ingredient salt. The only thing on the whole burrito that had any flavor was the tortilla and cheese. The rice tasted like white steamed rice from Panda Express. And the over priced steak tasted almost the exact same lmao

We usually enjoy our meal, but this visit was awful. Line was filthy, no lettuce or sodas, took 3 tries to make a kids cheese quesadilla and it was still over done, dining room was filthy (we would have had no where to sit if I didn’t have wipes in my car, because every single table was dirty), large water puddles on the floor, food all over the floor, and the staff was too busy chatting and laughing with people from the shop next door to be bothered to deal with any of it. Very very disappointed.
