Definitely disappointed in the fact of no changing tables especially if you have a baby like I do. Clean place but not to clean. Food is eh average no surprise there. It did look like one of the workers tried to steal some money from my family. Definitely interesting experience and not a fun one….

Once again I took my clients out to eat and they chose Cici’s. I wasn’t planning on eating anything but I went up to buy a SMALL Dr. Pepper. When the cashier rang me up he said “that’ll be $3.56 please.” I said shocked “for a small drink!?? “For Gods sakes how much is a large?” He replied “$5 almost $6” FOR A DRINK??? That’s insane!

This particular Cicis goes out of their way to make sure the food is fresh. We usually go on Mondays when they have the $5.99 special, and we always get certain pizzas made fresh. I've been to other locations and usually leave disappointed, but this particular one is operated very well.

this place sucks ordered food at 11am was not done till after 2 pm and missed up our order then asked if we wanted A regular one or two wait an extra 10 minutes for the one we ordered at 11 AM. any place is better then this one

Came to the Greenville location for the 1st time. Pizza was good. My child was waiting for brownies. But it was only given to what I believe was an employee's child since once the child was given the brownies. The employee would hide the tray behind the counter. Very upsetting.

Well this is such a quite the different experience on the from what experience my husband and I had at a different CiCi's location when we went two or three weeks ago to the CiCi's in Dallas that experience was horrible. But tonight's experience was amazing the food was so good including the pasta and it tasted fresh and really good and the cashier I think he could have been a member of management and kind and experience overall was so great and we were not disappointed and such a good experience no complaints it's just delicious food and good experience and good service. And we love that it was 599 adult buffet Monday I wish they did 599 days on Sundays as well so you can have the $5.99 buffets adult buffets with the digital coupon on sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays that would be awesome too but anyways a good experience and no complaints.
