Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I am so comfortable being alone treating myself to breakfast or lunch . All the decor is what I know of Cracker Barrel. It's always been my go to place for treating myself. Its warm and welcoming. Then I went shopping after a good breakfast. Had so much fun looking at everything. Laughing and talking to the employees about cute stuff.Now you change my Cracker Barrel to look like the pictures I've seen on face book. I won't have my place anymore. It's cold and so Comercial. I like all the old stuff on the walls reminds me of my family. I am not comfortable at places LIKE IHop,Dennies, etc..I am 71 yrs old and my husband and I go out togeather all the time. But I like my treat days. So please don't take that away from me.

Do not like the new changes at all. Especially the Logo change. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken... I will stop going to support your restaurant and that is very sad, because that was a great place to eat.. the last vist was good. The food was very good. But politics need to stay out of the restuarant.

We have enjoyed our experiences at Cracker Barrel and especially when Rylee is our server. She makes sure we have what we need and/or want even when she’s helping her fellow servers with their tables. Always a great experience with her and will be back soon.

We always have such a good experience. We especially like when Rylee is able to wait on us because we like the extra attention to detail. She provides above and beyond server expectations!

Was here today and the person taking care of us “rylee” didn’t have the best service. We asked for corn bread as to what cracker barell is well known for and she didnt want to give us any another lady comes and she tells us they dont do corn bread before food that we have to order get our food and corn bread after non sense!! Whole point is to enjoy your bread before your actual meal have been going for years and have never been told we have to get our bread after food! Lady taking care of us “rylee” just walks away and switches with another lady to not attend us anymore. Crazy its been 2 times we come and she’ll do the same to us. Last time she didnt keep up with our drinks and messed up our orders.

We come to this place alot. The service is good. I was getting the meatloaf , but now I have stopped getting the meatloaf, because you have changed something in the meatloaf, it is not good.

Like McDonalds all Cracker Barrels are pretty much the same, both the the store and in the restaurant and that's why us ol'codgers like the place. Jomey and familiar.
Too bad things have to change to attract young whipper snappers.

The worse service we have ever had at Cracker Barrel. This was before the change of the brand that’s all over the news. It took us 1 hour after being seated to get our food. The manager could see what was going on but never walked over to say anything to us. She’s about as worthless a $100 counterfeit bill. She needs to find another job that is not customer service related or managing others. Do t even get me started on the flooded and gross restrooms. Then when I found out about the new Cracker Barrel sign and removing the Southern charm that the restaurant was built on we will never darken another Cracker Barrel again. After reading the reviews on the logo change we are not alone. I hope it was worth it Cracker Barrel.

We have eaten at this Cracker Barrel three times in the past month. Every time our food has been delicious and our servers have been excellent. We’ve had breakfast twice and dinner tonight. It’s one of our new favorites. Oh yes the biscuits and cornbread were delicious too!
