Cracker Barrel has changed their menu. To me it has gotten worse. The food is still good but too much has changed. They don't have omelettes. They don't have picante sauce. I have never liked the seating in their restaurants. Other than that I guess it's ok but I only go there if I can't convince the party I'm with to go somewhere else.

The server was pleasant and quick to get our order and bring our food and refill drinks.The biscuits and vegetable soup were great. The egg sandwich was also great.The only problem with the food, was the dumplins were at room temperature & we had to have them heated up. This has happened before.Vegetarian options: Limited to a few vegetables and salad. Beans and greens are cooked in ham, many veggies topped with bacon so you have to ask for it to be moved.They have a vegetable soup, baked sweet and white potatoes, side salad, broccoli and fresh fruit.

They can get busy, but they handle it well. The service was great - very friendly. The food is delicious, and my kids love the choices they have on the kids' menu. I always get the French Toast, but if you are a pancake person, those are huge & buttery! Plus, the store attached is a great way to spend time if you have to wait or just to walk your food off afterward. ?

Stood in waiting area for 5 minutes. No one ever acknowledged us. We then sat at a table for another 10 minutes no one ever came to us so we left. Servers walking past us several times. Unacceptable Ryan.

Food was amazing and I definitely ate too much.. ? Restaurant was clean and smell good except for the men's restroom because someone was dropping the kids off at the pool and stunk it all up ?. Other than that it was a pretty good lunch ?

I have greatly reduced the number of times per week or month that we eat at Cracker Barrel in Greenville due to issues with almost every order. We typically place to go orders to avoid crowds when possible. The last order was picked up by my son on my behalf and the customer service was horrible. They refused to speak to him to the point that he couldn't even ask for a side of honey mustard which has no option to add on the app. I will not be ordering from Cracker Barrel anytime in the near future.
