Didn’t rate the food. Didn’t have a chance to eat there. The owner I want to speak about. He’s either the owner or manager. He def is rude!!! He is unwelcoming and has noooo manners! I will never bring my family in here. How you show your colors to one person can have a ripple effect on how I tell dozens of family and friends. Get some manners and learn how to treat random people who may come in!!!!

We came less than 30 minutes ago and 3 separate wait staff made eye contact with us. They were busy, but a quick nod, smile or 'Hi, we will be right with you' would of been great. My husband, myself and our toddler son were standing there for a while in the wait to be seated area at the front door.

There was a lady right at the long table (right in front of the main door) that was laying the table with silverware, menus and made eye contact with us multiple times, as she went back and forth setting the table but said nothing to us and acted like we weren't there. If we would of been acknowledged we would of waited but we didn't get that. The staff really needs to be better trained on customer service. If it was so bad to be acknowledged to be seated, we didn't want to hope it would improve, so we just left and took our money elsewhere.

Such a shame as the the place looked nice and the reviews seemed great.

They didn’t update their business hours on Google, so I drove a long way only to find the place closed.

Looks like great food and great environment but with lunch only from 11-2 on Saturday closing the kitchen at 1:30 so “we can get out of here by 2 and get a good break” isn’t really great practice. They close from 2-5. I get kitchens run this way but if you stop cooking at 1:30 can you put it on your door and website/google so we don’t get let down so hard.

I love this place mainly bc of the quaintness. We have tried several things on the menu and have enjoyed every one of them. I love the cheesy bread!

Great pizza, pepperoni and salami with fontana cheese and banana peppers. Crust cooked right. Very flavorful. Cozy little eatery on a main street. Very nice people there.

We moved to the area a couple of months ago from Oklahoma City which has tons of great eating and drinking options. My wife and I are very much foodies. If you’ve ever been to Greenville, you might know that it’s a pretty big disappointment after being in a big city with lots of options. But this place is the exception. We felt at home here. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. We sat at the bar and our bartender/server was excellent. This place would be a success in Dallas. It’s ahead of its time in Greenville. They have so much more than pizza too. Lots of drink options as well. My wife and I were thrilled to finally find a great place to eat and drink in the area. Maybe we will be able to tolerate living in Greenville now. I highly recommend this place. It’s excellent.

From the first bite to the last sip of wine, this Italian restaurant delivers an authentic and unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for a romantic date night or a family dinner. You can feel the love and tradition in every dish.
We started with the cheesy bread and meatballs —creamy, fresh, and bursting with flavor. For our mains, we shared the Mamma Mia pizza and High Cotton pizza and both were out of this world. The pizza crust had that perfect wood-fired char, and the ingredients tasted like they were straight from Italy.
What really stood out was the attention to detail—from the homemade pasta to the thoughtfully curated wine list. The service was exceptional: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food.
If you're looking for a place that combines old-world charm with top-notch Italian cuisine (and some of the best pizza in town), look no further. This spot is a gem—we’ll definitely be regulars

The wait is horrible. Literally waited a whole hour and a half for some pizza when other people got their pizza faster than us service was OK. But for the price you pay and the time you wait it’s not worth it would recommend somewhere else.

Review update from the last time we came here. The Floor feels better. 👍🏻 Food has gotten worse. We got the Chicken Parmigiana. Chicken was paper thin and about the diameter of a baseball; was served dripping in grease.😔 There was a TINY serving of spaghetti hidden under the $24 greasy chicken. We keep hoping this place will do better, will try again in 6 months. My wife kept getting dripped on from the A/C unit that’s mounted above our table. It’s gotten into her dinner. Server didn’t care.

Such an aesthetic spot. Best pizza in town by far. The salads are massive. The desserts are amazing, highly recommend the cannoli cheesecake. The staff were super friendly. We will definitely be regulars.

What’s happening here?
We eat at Fatto’s frequently. We ordered out this time. Spent $77 on various things. Ordered a Caesar salad and was disappointed on what I received. Looks like someone threw a bag of Romain in the box, added some bread and called it a day. This is a $12 salad. What!?!?!?
