I stepped into the Firehouse Subs establishment about 5:55 p.m. CST 6-22/2025. One male was behind the bar another female was there with him and one female was out reloading the chips. I was the only customer to walk in they all looked and saw me walking in. But I spoke very clearly and I have a very booming voice but no one spoke back to me whatsoever. No one acknowledged that I had even walked in but kept doing whatever they were doing I stood there looking at each but also looking at the menu. After waiting a couple minutes and no one even looking in my direction I decided I wouldn't spend my money here. I am traveling and this was not a good customer experience to have with the place that normally has good food and good service wherever else I have gone. I couldn't fairly rate the food because I was not going to spend my money here to get the food with such indifferent behavior. Something needs to be said I don't normally do these reviews unless I have something good to say but I perceived that I was not welcome.

Very disappointed! We got a hook and ladder and the bread wasn't toasted,only got one slice tomatoe ,to much lettuce and to much sauce.It made the bread soggy.Ive had these at other locations and they've been really good...wouldn't recommend going to the one in greenville tx...Sorry!

Having eaten frequently at several different FH locations in different states, I can say that this is the worst. The restaurant was completely empty with two employees working yet every table was dirty. Our orders appeared to have been sloppily thrown together with the ingredients falling out the side, and my wife's order was incorrect. Looks like Subway or Jersey Mike's nex time

Teach customer service. I did not feel welcomed when I walked in the store. I had plans to eat inside, but when I wasn’t greeted and just looked at as to why I am there, it was a turn off for me. Also each sandwich should be placed in a firehouse sub bag. I literally had to ask for a bag for my sandwich and chips. Poor customer service!

The lady taking our order (Tiff) was EXTREMELY unpleasant. She had an attitude the entire time we were ordering. I love this place but people make her make me not want to come back.

It is really hard to find a good sub to compare to a childhood favorite back in a little town called jupiter farms, FL. As someone who loves publix subs! Its been so hard to find that nostalgic flavor. I can have finally say I now have found that. Firehouse subs fills that void in my heart and mind! Its been three years since I left my hometown an everyone behind. I order a few subs from this location each time they have always been top notch in service! Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Each bite fills my heart with joy. A distance memory of what was, is now filled with what is new! Thank you everyone at this location who goes out of their way to make each and every meal. It can be utterly exhausting at times, but your work does not go unnoticed. Looking forward to the next delivery of delicious meal to eat. Thanks again for all the memories new and old!

Tried to place large order for next day. Called earlier today the guy said boxed sandwiches were only few cold options(I needed some hot sandwiches) and I would have to just place a regular order. So I went online did my whole order for 14 sandwiches and 14 chips and went to check out... there was no option to schedule order..just eta 2hrs. So I called back this evening to see if there was a way to make sure this order delivered at time I needed. And was told they don't offer delivery. But it is an option on the website. Then I said fine I would just place order in morning for 14 sandwiches and she said no we can't take an order for 14..that's catering. That's bananas to turn away business.. I used to work in a deli for 14 years..you can make 14 sand in 10-15 mins..they have 2 hours based on the eta they give. Fix your website to show you don't do delivery-or large orders.

I asked if she would be taking my order to which she responded, " I said high".
I won't be back to this location.
