Went in today and had the worst experience! Service was awful! The employees were not at all friendly or helpful. We ordered the new Thanksgiving sub, were asked if we wanted the meal, when asked what went with meal we got a rude answer. Our bill was $40.00 (after rounding up)! I don't think we will be going back!

My wife and I stopped by the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The food was still fresh and the staff was very nice! When I asked if we had time to eat inside they didn’t even hesitate to allow assure us that we had plenty of time!
I highly suggest stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat!

I came in earlier at 11:55 9/21 and the service was great! The girl taking my order was very polite and everyone else seemed to be handling the rush which I admire! The food was awesome, best believe I will be coming back

Went in today and had the worst experience! Service was awful! The people had a very bad attitude, our subs were very messy! It was a to go order so I asked for sauce and they said they didn't have any! When I open the container everything was just thrown in there. Would not be going back!

I stepped into the Firehouse Subs establishment about 5:55 p.m. CST 6-22/2025. One male was behind the bar another female was there with him and one female was out reloading the chips. I was the only customer to walk in they all looked and saw me walking in. But I spoke very clearly and I have a very booming voice but no one spoke back to me whatsoever. No one acknowledged that I had even walked in but kept doing whatever they were doing I stood there looking at each but also looking at the menu. After waiting a couple minutes and no one even looking in my direction I decided I wouldn't spend my money here. I am traveling and this was not a good customer experience to have with the place that normally has good food and good service wherever else I have gone. I couldn't fairly rate the food because I was not going to spend my money here to get the food with such indifferent behavior. Something needs to be said I don't normally do these reviews unless I have something good to say but I perceived that I was not welcome.

Very disappointed! We got a hook and ladder and the bread wasn't toasted,only got one slice tomatoe ,to much lettuce and to much sauce.It made the bread soggy.Ive had these at other locations and they've been really good...wouldn't recommend going to the one in greenville tx...Sorry!

Having eaten frequently at several different FH locations in different states, I can say that this is the worst. The restaurant was completely empty with two employees working yet every table was dirty. Our orders appeared to have been sloppily thrown together with the ingredients falling out the side, and my wife's order was incorrect. Looks like Subway or Jersey Mike's nex time

Teach customer service. I did not feel welcomed when I walked in the store. I had plans to eat inside, but when I wasn’t greeted and just looked at as to why I am there, it was a turn off for me. Also each sandwich should be placed in a firehouse sub bag. I literally had to ask for a bag for my sandwich and chips. Poor customer service!
