So one of my favorite relatives works here, so I may be biased. However, the meatball sandwich is my favorite. The cashier was not my relative but she was very friendly. The offspring of my sister prepared my sandwich and it was prepared with love, which I am sure is how they prepare it all the time. Also the person with the green hair rocks!

I came in this afternoon to the Greenville location along with other family members to order food. We were all treated like absolute garbage. The lady in the neck brace could have cared less to take our orders. She sighed and rolled her eyes, barked when we asked simple questions. We love fire house subs but I almost cancelled my order when she sighed and rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to play orders for 5 people. We spent well over $100 and we were treated like our patronage was not welcomed. My mother in law has never ordered before and when she said she wanted cheese on her sub she was yelled at. We love firehouse subs and come in weekly but will think twice if this is how paying customers are being treated. I get that people have bad days but maybe don't take orders then.

Ordered a Philly sub and meatball sub this afternoon via GrubHub. When I bit into my sandwich, I felt a sharp pain in my mouth and spit out a small sharp white plastic. Cut my mouth and ruined my appetite. Where did this plastic come from? I Have received no help and no refund on the matter.Where’s the quality control and customer service ?

Called in an order for a few co-workers for lunch. Specified that it would be 3 separate orders from the beginning of the call, was told that would be fine. Finished telling her what all 3 orders were. And for whatever reason, she added all 3 together, claiming that she could not separate the orders, but they had to be together. I honestly do not even know what to think about the stupidity that was on display here. We did not place the order, and you just lost several customers that order from your competitors at least once a week.

Great place for subs..Well i called them they put me on hold. And i was getting a to go orderBut i never got to place it . so i drove up there and when i got there. There was no line. So i stood there and waited to be helped. Then when i finally got someone i placed the order and ask why was on hold for 30min. She said they were busy. I showed her the phone which i was still on hold but could hear the background. I think it would have been easier if she sd she forgot. But she didn't even apologize. So im not happy with thier way of doin or conducting business.Well now they have a great crew. Love the place now. I go there now as much as i can. They r fast courteous service. And they r always very helpful. I hope this group stay awhile.Just short handed but the service was a little better.

This store thieves money from customers through their online app. They take your money, and hold it for days, and claim they never got the order. I've been a victim of this, and I've watched at least 3 other times, this happen to customers waiting for my order to be made that I ordered in person. Manager treats you like you're stupid and does not care for anyone. His smug demeanor was combative and acts like a tyrant who just got the best of you. Disgusting customer Service. It is THEFT. Manager even admitted they turn off the online ordering at 8:30 pm, but we ordered way before that cut off time BECAUSE we didn't want to make them late closing up. We've worked at and managed Firehouses before. So, for our thoughtfulness of the staff, we get robbed of what money we have for the holidays, and we had to go spend more money to get something to eat, since the staff refused to make the order. We can't afford to eat out much and my husband works so much he never gets to eat out and then this happens? That is wrong. You shouldn't hold money for a service you NEVER preformed. The owner should be ashamed. Don't think we will ever be back, unless they don't return the money they stole.Update: 4 days later and no refund, and the order they say they never got and never made has been charged to us. $66.10! So, this is now theft. We will be alerting the police and our bank for a fraud and theft case. We also had to help our daughter in law pay for a funeral this week that was sudden and unexpected. We don't even have enough money to last the week because of this. How much a buissness can screw you up is just wicked. We won't be returning as customers and I will be letting everyone know of our unecessary experience. Shameful to say the least.

I spent my lunch here a couple of days ago with an old gal friend. The subs here were amazing, I even thanked them for how good they were on the way out ! Katrina, the girl at the register was a sweetheart to us. I’m a little hard -of-hearing and she was very kind and patient with me as I asked to repeat a couple things. She even complimented my tattoo ! The nice woman who handed us our sandwiches was very lovely as well. Great experience here and will be back.

Tried out Firehouse subs to give them a shot. Unfortunately I ordered a Jamaican Jerk Turkey with no onions or tomatoes, which they listened to, BUT they did not put any pepper jack cheese on it as the sandwich calls for—Plus hardly any turkey in my sandwich. For a nearly $10 sandwich, this was not very good at all and my order was not correct. I got it to go so I did not even see their mistake until I drove the 10 miles back to my house. Then I tried to call 3 times and NO ONE answered the phone. Safe to say I doubt I will ever be back. Jersey Mike’s blows Firehouse away in my opinion.

Went in today around 1:00. Myself, my husband and our 4 kids. We Loooooove Firehouse. This was our first time to this location and sadly probably our last. The man working the register was less than happy to be there. Which should have been my sign to just leave but everyone was Hangry. So, I ordered. Nothing over the top 3 very plain subs and two steamers. Our total was $59. The entire drink station was filthy which I would have understood had they been busy but we were the only people there. We finally get our sandwiches and all of them are wrong and very light on meat which isn't usual for a firehouse. The steamers had been overloaded with mayo and there was no trace of the Italian dressing it comes with. My kids only wanted meat, bread, mayo and mustard. Well we got no mayo or mustard. We ate anyway(except the two youngest because they can just be that way when it's not right). Then my youngest had to go to the bathroom and that was a hard NO!!! It was disgusting. Hoping this was a bad day and the guy at the counter was just having a bad day. But $59 for sandwiches with bad service and filthy conditions is just a hard no for me.
