I went through the drive thru and the lady (Jean) who took my order was so kind, pleasant and patient. She made my day when I got to the window and saw her smiling at me. She was full of joy! I think she really loves her job. Talk about a great asset for a business; Jean certainly is one. She is exceptional at customer service. I think she needs a raise. I will be back!

Walked in 9:45 pm on a friday, and there was food and trash everywhere, so we walked right back out. No one wants to eat in a dirty restaurant.

My wife and I went to the Greenville location on a recommendation from my teenage daughter. We are big supporters of Veteran owned businesses and support them whenever we can. We went in with high hopes but were somewhat disappointed. The lobby wasn't clean, and most of the tables were dirty or hadn't been washed. The Thursday night crowd had the restaurant at about third capacity, so I would have anticipated more. The sign on the lobby counter offered a free burger or shake for signing up for the app. After signing up, I asked the cashier for the free item, and instead of attempting to help find it in the app, the employee told me to return in 24 hours. I really wanted to like the concept of the chain, but it seemed like they took parts of several other chain's concepts, attempted to mix them all together to make a new chain, but it just felt generic to me. The food was ok, but not great. It was worth trying once, but I probably won't go back.

Went in for a sweet treat tonight with my daughter and was greeted by the friendliest woman behind the counter. I spoke with the manager and she told me Heidi V was new but was a phenomenal employee!! I totally agree she has the most pleasant personality and a great attitude! I’ll definitely be visiting again & hope that Heidi is working! She made my daughter and I both smile. It’s nice to have a good experience and I wanted Heidi to know she was appreciated! We love Freddy’s & will be back soon!Kid-friendliness: Heidi was so sweet interacting with my daughter during our visit.
