Food was bland tables were dirty .. lady couldn't take an order for anything. Couldn't understand what she was even saying. People in the back with no hair nets or uniforms on just chilling sitting on shelving and such. Ordered 12 chicken fingers and got ZERO dipping sauce and when asked for some I got CHARGED 75 cents for one whimpy sauce. And then the ice cream machine was broken but no sign. My kids were extremely disappointed. Worse 1st and last experience ever. Thought I'd give it a try since we don't have one in Illinois. Never again. I'll stick with raising Cane's and KFC.
When I first moved here in 2021 I started coming here to eat and the food was all right as time went by the quality of the food went down so I stopped coming well about a month ago I decided I wanted to try it again and the food was delicious the service was great I don't know what happened I went there again last night and the service is absolutely terrible I asked for my senior discount but didn't get it and was told I had to buy a combo meal to get it but when I checked the website it says you just have to purchase $6 or more the food has gone way down again I don't know if they lost their good cook or what but I could only eat about half of my tenders because the ends are so hard and overcooked you cannot even chew them up the food was cold I also ordered jalapeno poppers the eight piece which are almost $7 and half of them were like half the size of the other four so I don't think I'll be coming back here again for a while have a great day

We drove 15 miles and ordered a family meal. They forgot all of the sides! I called the location but the number was not in service. I returned to get the sides and our kids had eaten 2 dinner rolls. The staff was extremely rude and unapologetic so I requested a refund. The upset manager came to the window and asked for the receipt which I had already given to another employee along with my card to pay for the rolls. The manager then came back to the window and mentioned the missing rolls. I told her to charge my card! She then gave me both receipts along with my card and slammed the window. Please check your food before leaving or try going to a different location. Management sucks! Corporate needs to hire new staff or get more involved.

I am from Maryland and we don’t have Golden Chick in MD so I wasn’t sure how it was going to be. Food was good had a chicken sandwich with fries. The people down here are so nice, They have that southern hospitality makes you feel welcome. And the best part FREE ice cream
I went thru this establishment, today. They were sooooo precious and kind to me. I let them know that I had been to a funeral, for my family, & that I was basically running low on funds, but needed to feed my folks that were visiting me. These precious, kind ladies at the drive 🚗 thru were not only kind, but very concerned for my loss. You know, nowadays WE ALL NEED TO BE KIND, to one another. I will never forget the sweet disposition, & excellent customer service these 2 ladies showed me. So, from now on, Golden Chick, has a customer for life, due to the humanity, & kindness of these precious babies. They'll be blessed by the Heavenly Realm, for helping one of GOD'S favored 🙏 children. And the chicken, & rolls were on point!!
