I went thru this establishment, today. They were sooooo precious and kind to me. I let them know that I had been to a funeral, for my family, & that I was basically running low on funds, but needed to feed my folks that were visiting me. These precious, kind ladies at the drive đ thru were not only kind, but very concerned for my loss. You know, nowadays WE ALL NEED TO BE KIND, to one another. I will never forget the sweet disposition, & excellent customer service these 2 ladies showed me. So, from now on, Golden Chick, has a customer for life, due to the humanity, & kindness of these precious babies. They'll be blessed by the Heavenly Realm, for helping one of GOD'S favored đ children. And the chicken, & rolls were on point!!

Rude as all GET OUT!! Longest line Iâve ever waited in (25 minutes) and then let another dude on foot cut in front of me, food was cold on top of that. Never returning again!!!

Lol this is the second time Iâve posted almost this exact review for this location, thought this wasnât the âgolden chick gravy wayâ but they keep cutting corners and pouring the gravy directly into the box, itâs insane and it spills EVERYWHERE. Shame on yâall. This golden chick is cooked.

We had awful service today using the drive thru. People donât like feeling rushed when trying to order. I was trying to order for 3 people and ended up only getting 2 orders because I got so frustrated. I donât mind waiting for fresh food and they did do a good job on the food. Because they were rushing they threw in wadded up napkins and honey and ketchup instead of tartar sauce for our fish. Very disappointed in todayâs service.

So, we were ordering at the speaker and kept being cut off by a rude staff member who was taking the order. She was even misinterpreting what we had told her we wanted as well as kept talking over me. So, here's how me and my consumer reports associates secretly work for consumers everywhere......we pulled up the reviews/rate option of this location, ready to nail them Golden Chick with bad reviews. We received a wadded up batch of what look like used napkins and did not receive the tartar sauce which we kindly ask for. We have well over 10,000+ followers and our mission is to expose bad businesses, services, and or products and also commend all of the good ones. Be careful how to treat your customers. We are always watching. đ

I ordered a family side of corn nuggets & recieved 16 nuggets in a bag. I was shocked. I told the girl that I ordered a family side & she replied " yes, & here thats 16 nuggets. " I paid almost $8.00 for 16 corn nuggets. Yet in Princeton I got a whole box. I will not return to the greenville golden chick.
