We've had to completely stop ordering takeout from here. Every time we do, we don't get what we ordered, and then have to wait around half an hour to 45 minutes extra for the rest of our order. I do mean every time, too. Don't have this problem with dining in, but we almost always do take out now due to sick parents. Is a shame, we love the omelets here.

Worst service we ever had at this location. It was as if after we put our name on the waitlist every employee left @2:00pm We were seated about 15 minutes later. Took about 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and we gave our food order at the same time, simple breakfast combos. We didn't get our drinks for another 10-15 minutes. There was one table of about 6-8 people who had their food and eventually 6 other tables that none of us got our food for over an hour. We got our breakfast about an hour after giving order. No one came to check on us until we were done and dropping off the bill. Then said she would take the bill at the table and would swing back by for it. No one came by to pick up check and card, but luckily we had cash for the bill. We left the cash and left. The only people we saw on the floor were the busers. No waitresses or servers at all. Way too long to get food, no refills and no service. Shame on you IHOP. You just did a remodel, but maybe need to redo your staff and training.
I just wanted to have a nice hot meal but that didn’t work tonight here. We waited for our food for over 20 mins and when we finally ended up getting it EVERYTHING was cold. We told the waitress that I just wanted to a to go box and take it home to heat it up. The only thing of course is they offer to remake it well hell we have done been waiting for over 20 mins what makes you think I want to wait another 20 mins to have them remake it. I was very unhappy about our experience here tonight

The worst service I’ve experienced in quite some time. The host failed to put us on the waiting list. So we reminded her we were still waiting to be sat.Once we were sat. It was 15min before a server came to take drink orders. 10 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. 30 minutes to finally get our meals.It’s extremely unprofessional to fly the flag (around her neck) of a country that they abandoned to be here.It’s offensive to those of us who have and do service our country and community.

If you get a job there don't work there because the customers barely pay tips and it's only $2.15 per hour pay check and if you mess up any time The managers will give you one chance but also you a bust table one day out of the week and then you he will tell you that that person will have to find something else somewhere don't work there period
