I ordered a buttery jack never got that got a chicken sandwich Instead the drink was not the same drink I asked for and also asked for curly fries just to get small pieces of fries also when ordering the lady couldn’t hear me so I raised my voice she laughed and thought it was funny and when I kept ordering she kept laughing also the sauce I ask for was not in the bag

The food is ok, sometimes cold and stale, like it’s a day old, the drive through though is a different story….its horrid, if it’s nothing other than tacos or fries it takes foreverrrrr and they make you pull in front of the store, it’s almost feels like they don’t take your order till you pull up to the PICKUP spot, no hate but it’s FAST food….

They had 5 cars parked waiting for orders, had me waiting for a while for my food. If you want your order to be messed up AND miss parts of your order, go here. They put sausage in an order that had bacon and had bacon in an order that had sausage and they didn’t even put the hash brown that comes included in the supreme croissant combo. Worst service ever

It's to hot inside to enjoy a meal very uncomfortable it was 107 degrees outside this isn't the one I've experienced this at plus the music is blasting everyone is not into hearing all that on their lunch break
It made my whole experience awful
I took my food and left .

Also the front door was like lifting a car it was so heavy I could hardly open it the older people can't deal with all this heat, blasting music & the heavy door.

When you go spend your money and want to sit down and eat it should be comfortable for all people.

So for this I give 1*
