There was a piece of something in my shake that should not have been there. Not sure what it was, but it was like the edge of the ice cream was old and stuck together in a small clump. The shake tasted great until I sucked that up the straw. Then I was done. I think it was a 1 time thing I will go back, but not for a while.

I ordered the jack burger that was supposed to be like a big Mac but I did not taste any jack sauce which made the burger dry and not pleasing I don't eat Mac Donalds anymore I thought this would have been better but I was very disappointed!

I don’t normally take the time to review a place but man, this one lady was so rude I couldn’t let people go here without a warning. Her name was Maya, and I don’t normally bother to check name tags but her tone coupled with her attitude made me do a double take. Seriously what kind of person acts like that to someone!

The morning manager is arrogant and rude. She puts down her employees and is very disrespectful to me and other customers that were in front and behind me. I’m sure she gets there early and is tired but that’s no excuse on how to talk to people.

since when is jack not open 24/7? thought i could depend on jack for late night meals and now i get to go to bed hungry.
Great food but the service was pretty rude. We didn't know what we wanted to order and the attendant kept rushing us to order even though here was no one behind us. Food was at least good and our order was correct. Balances out I guess.
