They used to have freaky fast sandwich delivery but they use uber for delivery now and it takes forever to get anything.

Terrible customer service. Their selling point is that their food is “freaky fast”. Yet we have to wait 40+ minutes for a sub-par sandwich.

Do yourself a favor- go to subway or firehouse & NEVER give the Greenville Jimmy John’s your money.

Nope! I ordered one thing and got something entirely different. And it was HOT SPICY which I can’t have. What’s sad is the young man who made it also called out what I ordered and handed it to me. He knew he didn’t just make that sandwich. What in the world?!
I had an appointment so I couldn’t go back and have them fix it. I wasted time, money, and didn’t get lunch.

Also, they didn’t greet you, they didn’t confirm your order; didn’t ask what you want or not want on the sandwich, and didn’t tell you to wait somewhere or that your name would be called. Had no clue where to go and when I stood there they kept asking me if needed something. Yup, my sandwich-and I could not even get that.

We had a $50 gift card. It would NOT work. The lady at the register said we'd have to come back after 3 when the owner was there. We live 30 miles away. We called the owner. She has said several times she'll put the money in the mail. It's been 6 weeks and NO money!

Worst experience,no customer service. Felt like I was an inconvenience. My wrap wasn't the same as I get in Terrell location. I don't feel like I got my money's worth. Even though it's the exact same order I always get. Will not go back to this location.

What they’re not.. freaky-fast. I’ve been in this drive thru for 31 minutes because I’m stuck. Sitting at the window now for 7 minutes, and still no food. There is a Jersey mikes 2 doors down, I’ll make a better choice the next time.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken ceaser wrap I was provided what they later called a “kickin ranch wrap” I don’t like being one to complain as I work in the food industry myself so I tried to eat it anyway. One bite and my mouth was absolute fire. I called and very politely explained the issue and asked if I could bring the wrong sandwich back for a correct one because honestly $10 is not something I have to just throw away. They put me on hold for a minute then came back and said yes. I went up there and the lady opened the window and held the sandwich away and awkwardly said hi. I asked if she wants the other back and she said yeah then here you go. That was the extent of my interaction. No I’m sorry, I know what it’s like, nothing. I wasn’t planning to leave a review because accidents happen I get it. But there just felt like absolutely no ownership and like I was wrong for not eating something I didn’t order or could physically eat.

Does not Deliver to 90 % of Greenville. App always says too far away at every location I'm working at. Some are just a mile away. Need to be on doordash and uber

The older gentleman named Timothy is freaking amazing to staff and us customers!!! He is what helps this particular location so awesome!
What an amazing employee y’all have! Always making everyone smile and works so very hard at what he does! Local law enforcement even brags about this man!
Thanks for providing hunt county the best subs and service this county has to offer!
