When I order a chicken pot pie I Expect to get Chicken in it! Not just a Small Piece of Chicken in IT. I mean come on it's supposed to a Chicken pot pie and not just Peas, Potatoes and carrots. 🤯

Picked up a family meal - chicken was hot and fresh, sides were good. Staff were friendly. Drive thru was fast. Good KFC.

I went last night to order a box of 3pc/ the biscuit was hard as a rock and the original chicken had no flavor and the chicken tasted old over cooked,did not taste anything like the original chicken. $13.00 lost…Had to through it away. I have always liked KFC, but lately they are going down hill. The gentleman that took my order at the window was very pleasant and kind. I give him 5 ⭐️.. But the food -0… At this point am not sure if I will ever come back.. This is my experience! Give them a try and you be the judge of it!

This Entire review is over the GM, the Karen of KFC Greenville TX, was extremely rude , unprofessional , and displayed poor management skills navigating her team as well as dealing with the public . Her position in authority needs looking into to determine if she has the public respect , and decent tone with customers . I filed with upper management and I will continue to follow up until something is done. I will call daily to the customer service number to follow up on my complaint. It is not our fault she is working a KFC, if she was more proud in life she wouldn't be there. If she doesn't like serving ppl why are you there??????.

Sadly, I can't review the food for this restaurant. I walked in a few minutes ago to be ignored by the girl in the front. She had her back to the counter and was on her cell phone. I cleared my throat, she never acknowledged! I stood there for a few more minutes and then walked out! I love KFC chicken, but they apparently don't care about their customers. I had a 30.00 order, but I'll keep my $ and just cook at home. I WISH I could give them a thumbs down for service. I understand WHY their parking lot was EMPTY!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE.

Worst place ever grabbed a chicken nugget meal a week ago everything was dry cold and chicken hard as a rock. Went again tonight and asked for 3 piece all white meat meal with wedges. Got to car they gave me a thigh and too dried up pieces of something. When I took back he said it was correct showed him the thigh. He said it would be 6 minutes for original to be done. So I waited and then they try to give me some boney knuckle piece that wasn't any meat on it for my third piece of white meat. What a disappointment. I said you really are going to give me that after waiting 6 minutes for it to cook. He started laughing at me and said that's all they got. Never ever again and I will be calling corporate

I will never eat or order here again.
The lady in the drive through was extremely rude and argumentative and tried to say I said honey mustard instead of original bbq (which is why we came there) and even admitted honey mustard doesn’t sound like honey bbq. What throws me the most is the manager could only say she wasn’t there. The only nice person on staff was the young gentleman working there.
As a former employee of KFC… this would have never been okay how it was handled. I wasn’t even given a receipt to discuss it.

Im not sure what’s going on here. Walked in 10 minutes after ordering online tonight and didn’t get greeted. Not a hello nothing. Watched the managers sit in their office chit chatting while the only 2 employees working were going slow.. I then waited 30 minutes for my food. Had to tell the 2 guys working there to changed their gloves after touching their phones/earbuds and touching the outside door.. I was not happy about tonight’s visit..

The most poorly managed service at a fast food place. People were asking for the manager for refunds. Manager never showed, just let the cashier guy eat her mistakes. Heard the manager tell the cashier I've had so many chicken orders. IT'S KFC on Friday for gods sake. I was there 10/24/2025 5:15pm fot 1hr 15 min. Edited to add that 5 months ago it was 4 Star worthy.

Worst KFC ever! They always footbridge to give me half of my food, sauces, and most of the young ladies that work there have a serious attitude problem! I go there cuz I like KFC but I really wouldn't recommend anybody go there. 😕😮‍💨
