Went inside to order a meal , they said it would be 40-45 minutes for chicken. I thought this was Kentucky Fried Chicken. I guess maybe they could have cooked a hamburger? Won’t be back . Very unorganized and unproductive. Probably the worst KFC I have ever been in.

I had a terrible experience, they told me to park and they’d bring my food which was fine but then they didn’t bring the right food so I went in it took 15 mins for someone to get to me then they gave me part of my food and had to wait another 10 minutes and by that point I was ready to go so when i finally got supposedly all of my food it wasn’t even right, no one seemed to care or even apologized that they messed my food up 3 different times

Went to this location last night 1/16/25 and ordered dinner for my dad and I. If service was better and IF my coleslaws were in the bag, I would have given a 5/5 service. Not to mention that I was trying to get in touch with the Greenville location last night but nobody picked up. Phone just rang and rang.
I used to be a shift manager for a fast food restaurant and my location could have smoked this store with customer service.

Always fast, polite service with hot food in my experience.
Yesterday. My husband went to buy an order of 20 pieces but the truth is that the chicken was raw, for me it was a terrible service, I should look for people who are willing to work and serve customers well ?♀️
Have not eaten at kfc in about ten years! The difference in then and now is unbelievable! The pieces are smaller and the price is higher! The chicken didn't even taste like chicken.Anymore. The flavor and texture is completely different. The mashed potatoes was more like water paste. I guess you could say the biscuit was the only thing true. I will never eat there again. I don't know how they stay in business. Anybody's chicken is better than theirs. And then look at the high price ain't no way?

This is the best KFC I have been to in a long time any food was great the young man that worked there was very nice and respectful so was the other people that worked there the atmosphere was perfect the closest place 2 KFC was in sulphur springs that's how bad that place was but this place in Greenville is wonderful I will definitely go back and refer to people give it 100%
