Little Caesars Pizza

It took one hour and a half to get two pizzas , this place claims that they are always understaffed well the owner needs to get it together it’s supposed to be hot and ready !! If you want your pizza be ready to wait a long long time

If you guys are understaff than don’t be open ! Over one hour for pizza ! Went to pick it up they said I wasn’t on the list , than he said there is 4 people still ahead , but they could make one in 15 minutes, went back inside at 15 and he said we have 6 people ahead of me ! Asked my daughter to drive back home and He offered a refund drove there to get it and he shows up with my pizza ! Horrible experience! Horrible customer service ! Slow staff! And they don’t even have hot and ready ever ! Waste of money , time and gas ! If you can’t keep up with the grow than close down or pass it to another owner !

Ordered ahead of time by 2 hrs for pickup. Got to the store at pickup time and they didn't have bacon, which was on a couple of items we ordered. They never called to let us know that they could not fill our order and was very rude about being asked to refund. I won't waste my time with this location again.

We went there today and there was MOLD in the crust. It was disgusting. We checked all the slices and they all had mold in them.

I love Caesars pizza because it is quick and easy to have dinner when you’re exhausted from working and don’t feel like cooking.
I want to try the app one day because I see people go in and out so quickly and just pick up the food and go I’m assuming obviously because they pre-pay on the app Haven’t done it yet but been meaning to because I think it’d be much easier to get in and out of there because when I’m getting off work, I like to go home and the staff is predominantly nice they’re just young kids there so they’re just learning how to work with customers so if you come across anyone like that, you please make sure to be nice to our students and young folk who are doing good and working always keep it in mind. Not at all rude sometimes it could be a little slow getting food ready, but they are packed a lot at the same time so I just wanted to mention that be nice to our Younghans when they’re working like that because that’s the right thing to do you can remember you have your first job and how it felt when somebody got upset.

Parking: If you haven’t gone there by now, then you are not aware of this, but is located in any tiny strip shopping center. And the parking is shared with those other businesses so you usually if you go around like dinner time you’ll probably be looking for a parking spot or you’ll find one and that’s about the one you’ll find. Also trying to park next to big truck because it is going to be very difficult to get out of there very small area to back up.

They have preference with the people who gave me my pizzas after an hour and a half of waiting😡😡

Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, it was packed. I had a 45 minute wait, but they were very courteous and friendly. Pizza was giid as well

First time in 10 years I’ve had this poor of service. The employees on this shift do not care. Talking loud and saying how they don’t care and everyone needs to just Wait. The girl is getting confused …. How? Look at he receipt and grab the pizza.

Highly disappointed. I hope this isn’t how it will continue to run. I’ll have to spend my money elsewhere.

Terrible service, no one ever helped me and the workers do nothing, they just look at each other but there are no pizzas and there is a wait of more than 30 minutes.

Poor pizza quality. Ordered the extra sausage pizza, it came less than the photo they have of the regular pizza. Had it to go and when I opened the box no pepper flakes or Parmesan condiments. No napkins either. My family nor I will return. Pretty sad place.
