The McDonald’s on Moulton is truly my favorite place! The food is always made fast and just how I like it. Maria Luisa always keeps everything so clean, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. From managers like Esmeralda and Jordan to team members like Dayton, Lisa, LaDonna, Kaden, Bre, and Julissa — they all go above and beyond. They make you feel right at home every time you walk in. This McDonald’s really has the best crew — cooks, managers, and everyone in between!

Friendly staff... If you order inside be prepared to wait it's hard to get an employee to come to the front cashier.... .make sure u check your food .... Especially if u have allergies.... I can't count how many times I ask for no mayo due to egg allergies... And they put extra mayo on there 😑

McDonald’s nowadays doing robbery. One hot spicy chicken sandwich for $2.59+ tax so almost $3 for one small chicken sandwich. Now $2.99

Eggs on the egg Mcmuffin were green and had green type veins running thru them. Burned edges on muffin. The ham was good so l still ate that. Thru out the rest. Ugh. The whole thing was horrible. Do better!! McDonald's

Large Unsweet tea mixed with lemonade without ice. Horrible. Also charged for an extra drink we didn’t want or order.

Ordered an iced coffee this morning and it was horrible. Instead of having them remake it I went back through the drive through to ask for more creamer. The woman in the drive through speaker stated” you couldn’t have come in to grab that?” Very rudely. If I could have walked in I would have. At the window instead of being nice about giving me creamer they we’re rude about it and I said “I guess it’s better than me asking you guys to remake my coffee, the young lady just stared at me and closed the window.”
Although they have removed the drink machines from the lobby the staff was very accommodating and refilled our drinks quickly and with a smile.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews for fast food because truthfully what’s the point but this location has some massive issues. I rarely stop for fast food but every single time I have here it’s wrong, missing items, cold or all of the above. The manger on duty in the mornings hands the food out and it’s never right. How can you get an order for a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and turn around handing over bread and egg…. No meat no cheese. It’s my fault for not checking it before driving the 15 minutes home but I truly didn’t think I’d have to being one of two people in line and a manager dealing with the food they hand out in the morning. I know McDonald is cheap and easy for most but I highly recommend just going across the street to the gas station at least you get what you pay for and it’s warm.
