This place sucks the people are rude we ordered and payed got to the second window and they didn’t have half of what we ordered we asked for our money back they told us to pull up and we waited 15 minutes no one came out.

Past couple of times I’ve swung by McDonald’s on moulten street it’s been terrible. Workers always seem to be on something during late hours. One worker who handed me my receipt, could barely stand and keep her eyes open. Tonight was the last time I will be ordering from there. I completely understand being tired and food not being ready for late hours because it’s slow, that’s not the issue. When I pulled up earlier, I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes before saying “hello?” and finally being addressed. The first thing the man hands me are my two “DIET” cokes with no straws. No problem I just simply asked for straws. He looked at me very nervous as he hands me the straws. I was raised by a family of diabetics so all my life I have drank diet drinks. When I tasted my drinks I instantly knew they were not Diet Coke. I have worked in the food industry before and I know how a soda machine works. I knew this worker tried to pass off a regular coke as diet because he told me they were diet cokes. I get being too tired to change the syrup but I’m 5’1 and 110 pounds, I’ve always been able to replace the syrup even if I was tired. I told him politely they were not diet cokes and he looked at me frustrated and said “I got you” and takes a couple minutes to come back. I assumed in that amount of time he’d change the syrup, NOPE! He hands me two very discolored drinks that clearly needed more syrup. I just left it there cause I have plenty of Diet Coke at home, but if you are diabetic or ordering for someone with it CHECK THE DRINK!!!! Also if you work in the food industry, it is completely wrong of you to give someone a sugary drink when they ask for diet simply because you are too lazy to change the syrup. That worker knew what he was doing and it was out of pure laziness. Clearly he can’t even do a good job a MCDONALD’S 🤣 also no sauce.

Waited over 15 minutes for a doordash order in this smelly little cube for “after hours orders”, and watched a lady drop the bag off and walk away.

This pulling forward crap is making me not want to go here... you pull forward just to have some angry employee throw your food out of the window... fries HALF FULL... sandwiches wrong... or missing half the order... then you HAVE to park, walk in... what's the point of the doggone drive thru?!?!?! When I order, I want my food without having to pull forward first... just give me my order out the windows just like EVERY OTHER DRIVE THRU restaurant!!! And then the managers get mad and VERY unprofessional when you refuse to pull forward... I dont NEED mcds in my life... its just killing me slowly anyways... dont give me a reason to not go there...

Every single time I have gotten food here the sauces are completely wrong or not there at all, the food is ALMOST always made wrong or missing. It's actually a waste of time and money every single time, and when consulting others they get the same experience with some cases being an entire half of the order just being missing. This time there were all sauces missing and then 3 of a sauce we didn't even ask for. Absolutely ridiculous, train your employees right because I know this is not just on them.

The McDonald’s on Moulton is truly my favorite place! The food is always made fast and just how I like it. Maria Luisa always keeps everything so clean, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. From managers like Esmeralda and Jordan to team members like Dayton, Lisa, LaDonna, Kaden, Bre, and Julissa — they all go above and beyond. They make you feel right at home every time you walk in. This McDonald’s really has the best crew — cooks, managers, and everyone in between!
