The McDonald’s on Moulton is truly my favorite place! The food is always made fast and just how I like it. Maria Luisa always keeps everything so clean, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. Extra clean. I just do not like that they want you to go to a kiosk and send in your order. I want to see customer service come back into our lives.
I am elderly and I don't want to sack my groceries or check myself out. I did that enough in my younger years. Plus, can people get back not to the 1950's, but where one person works and the other take care of the house and family.

9 times out of 10 I use the app for deals. This morning I used the deal for free hashbrowns with purchase of breakfast sandwich. When they gave me my food, hashbrowns were not in there. When I asked about them, A manager came over, looked at my receipt and told me I must have not ordered them because they weren't on the receipt. Dude at drive-through took the code, called me by name...I used the app. Manager knew I was frustrated. About half the time, they get something...
