I ordered online days in advance and called ahead 20 min before arriving and they said someone picked my order up and said do I want a refund. I was like no I want my order and they said oh there is another one similar someone mixed it up. I’ll give you this one. I was in a hurry so I agreed and then they handed it to me and shut the window without an apology or anything. I said may I please have 6 small plates. They said place a catering next time and again shut the window. One car ahead of me in the drive through line and it took 20 minutes to go through the line and get my pre ordered food.

Came in at 8am (opening time), no bagels were ready had to wait 10 minutes. The bagels were doughy and not sliced. Went to get my cup of coffee and there was hardly any and very bitter ( I'm pretty sure it was yesterday's coffee, if brewed today would have been full). Any questions I asked the cashier were answered with her facing away from me. When I did finally get my food and coffee, the dining table and seats were covered in crums, again from the previous night, since I was the first customer. I have eaten at other locations and by far this has been the worst.

We arrived at 8:00 am, when the restuarant opened. Nothing was ready. We waited 10 minutes for our bagels. They were not even sliced! We had to use our butter knives to slice them open. The coffee I wanted was completely out, so I had to wait for them take more.
I have visited the Panera Bread in Rockwall several times and they were always ready to serve you and the food was always great. The Greenville Panera is not up to par.

Would give zero stars is possible. Ordered a $70 pickup order, multiple missing items. Tried calling but was continuously hung up on. Sent a friend up there to get missing items and witnessed them silencing the phone instead of answering it. Ridiculous.

Ordered from here for the first time, first things first the onion soup was not that good and it was mainly just onions mouthful of onions not sure if that is how it should be but I do not recommend. Second my bread was just tossed in the bag, seems unsanitary but they had a bag for the croutons? Weird... I threw that away. Anyways the salad was JUST okay but was the best thing I received. Will definitely try a sandwich next time.

They keep this place so cold, we drive to Panera in McKinney 30 min away, love the food, but this place is kept in the 60s and just too cold!!!

Update, Sept 2024, sandwich meat fillings tiny tiny tiny. Pandora is a great place to study, but eat before you come and just enjoy the desert.
