Very clean, great food, and welcoming atmosphere. My only complaint was on my last trip, 2 young ladies were openingly complaining about their male co-worker; one being a Supervisor over him. They didn't care that 3 customers were standing 2 feet directly in front of them. If it weren't Christmas time, I would have really made a big deal to their Area Manager. Their behavior was very unpleasant, dishearting, and disrespectful. Poor guy, he has 2 co-workers who'll set him up to be terminated.

Salad was ridiculous! I ordered a chicken Caesar and the lettuce had huge stomps and was brown.. the chicken was sparse and dry.. at least the cookie was good and the soup and I never want this hard bread ever again!

I've Tried. to order soup from them twice. Once they told me it was going to take 15 minutes to be able to get the soup going. And that was at 10:30 next time we came in, it was 11 o'clock and they told me it was going to take an hour to get the soup going, not sure what's going on.

The quantity of food was more than we could eat so some of it, unfortunately, went to waste. The quality of the food was outstanding except for a bit more kale than we like. The hostess said they would call our name from the kitchen when our order was ready, whereas other guests received a buzz when their order was complete. We never heard our name call so I cannot be sure how long our food had been sitting there.

Would not recommend this location. I bought a bagel pack and a coffee tote which I do almost 3 days a week for work. They refused to give me sugar, cups, and creamer. Which is included in the purchase. And has been in every other order I’ve placed on the app. Management is rude and unprofessional.

12:06 on a Friday afternoon. I ordered at 12:08 and waiting in the drive thru and finally got my order at 12:34. If you are on your lunch break or a time restraint, I would choose another place. I ordered their new steak sandwich, it was good.
Very clean, all the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Great place to stop in and grab a refreshment meal or snack.
Strongly recommend the sip club if you frequent this establishment.
Quiet enough to get some work done or study time in.
Oh the sandwiches are my favorite. There is something for everyone and food is of great quality.
