I recently ordered carryout from the Papa John’s in Greenville, Texas, and had a great experience. The order was simple: two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one Canadian bacon, but everything was done right.
The pizzas were hot and fresh when I picked them up, ready right on time. The crust had that perfect balance of soft and crispy, and the toppings were generous without being overdone. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice, and the Canadian bacon had a rich, smoky flavor that hit the spot.
The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the whole process was fast and easy. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference, and this Papa John’s nailed them all. I will definitely order from here again.

Walking into this location at 5:55pm on a Saturday night, I expected it to be super busy. It was not! Every employee greeted me loud and proud as soon as I walked in and they all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Ava went above and beyond to make carrying my large order out easy, and displayed customer service that you just never see anymore. Kudos to these guys, keep up the great work!

After a very frustrating recent experience resulted in a complaint to corporate, I regrettably gave this location another try tonight. Terrance, the shift lead, needs to be fired for his unprofessional management, poor customer service, and lack of experience. Bri (GM) tried to make things right after the last experience with Terrance. He screwed it up once again. After being a loyal customer for several years, this location will never get another dime from me.
If you like showing up 20 minutes after you place your order (at 11pm, not at all busy) to wait another 5 to get cold pizza while whatever manager is working is being blatantly abusive to their employees then this is your place. I'd rather show up and get my food on time than sit and listen to a grown man shout at the people that work for them because they're mad about their pitiful existence.

Shaq is awesome and an awesome guy. However this pizza I got is not! First one they handed me I was like where is the crust isn’t it supposed to rise? Second one they made wrong forgot pepperoni and then was supposed to be no onions and had onions. I suggested this place and what an embarrassment when I brought it back to family!
