My mother (senior citizen) just left this location and had the rudest service ever from the manager on staff . She originally went through the drive thru to pick up pizza for her grandkids and neighborhood kids. When the manager rung up the order it was not the price of special online. So he advised my mom to get out of line and place the order online . She obliged and placed the order successfully online for $28.12 . She then proceeded back to the drive thru only to be told that her order couldn't be located and the rude manager told her it was nothing that he could do about it and he didn't care when she told him she was going to share her experience online. I am also in the process of contacting corporate as my mom had to call the bank and dispute the charge. She revealed to me that this is not the first time this same manager has been rude and she didn't get a name but knows she has encountered him prior and he was rude when she asked about pizza specials . Since he doesn't care we will proceed to let corporate know about the encounter and advise the community not to support this establishment.

How are they going be the only Pizza Hut in the the area code that doesn’t honor the wing Wednesday deal? Instead you have to buy 2 drinks with your wings to get another one for 5 dollars. I get pizza and wings every Wednesday but I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to commerce from now on

So we ordered a pizza last night and i was blown away with the price, but got over it... until I received the pizza. Dough was barely cooked, cheese was melted but everything else was refrigerator temp. Dough was not even finished and I can't understand how that would even happen! 25 bucks for one large delivered, plus tip?- I can't see myself trying again... quite ridiculous. $30 for a less than mediocre pizza is absurd. Be better PH

The wait dress was rude she got our order wrong and got everyone else's right when someone had the same thing as us.
I refused delivery and requested a refund because it was delivered 31 minutes later than the app said it was supposed to be delivered and I live only 7 minutes from the restaurant.
